There's a reason we are tops in the league when being blitzed now. That game was kind of a blessing in hindsight. Yeah I don't expect a similar game to last time, but none the less, how our OL goes will be the story of how this game goes IMHO. Defensively, Lamar and Henry are a lot to handle, so even if we see a better defensive performance I expect Ravens are going to still score their share or points. Which is why we need to keep pace (and hopefully steal a possession or two in the turnover battle) offensively, and that starts up front. Wouldn't surprise me if this was one of those games with who ever has the ball last wins kind of thing. 1 Quote
Mat68 Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago I think Mcdermott gets his all time performance. He isnt the DC but heavily involved. They hold Baltimore under 20 and win. 2 1 Quote

Bills will contain lamar and Henry can't win it alone. Likely is a good WR, their TE is awesome - but we are ready. healthy. Ready. Healthy. Pumped. Ready. And just plain better! GO BILLS!!! IT"S OUR HOUSE!! IT"S OUR TIME!! LETS FRICKIN GO BABY!!!!!! Quote

Dillenger4 Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago All of their losses except for KC week 1 were to strong defenses that contained: Browns, Raiders, Steelers, Eagles. I remember the Raiders and Browns game. Lamar was shocked silly and scrambled like a college player. Why? They contained him. I remember Garret on Browns pointing at him after he just stood in his way on the outside contain line and dared him to run. Our CB's will be waiting for the pass and our LB's will handle any Henry dose they get. Boys... The Bills will destroy these overhyped frauds!!!! 1 Quote
SoCal Deek Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago I’ll make this simple. The Bills ‘should’ win because: 1. They earned the home field advantage. 2. They aren’t injured. 3. The opponent doesn’t have a great playoff record. So, if they don’t win. Then what? Quote

T master Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Not to mention that Millano, Johnson, & Bernard are back and hopefully healthy . Then Von looks to have some of his quickness back too . All that motivation from Josh not getting the MVP nod and 1 other thing the experience of playing them once already so they have some experience against them & all the tape of the games that the Ravens got beat in to give them a template to work off of . So i think this could be a very different game and i hope the Bills score first that will give them a head start against the Ravens ... GO BILLS !!! Quote

They should really be held accountable for potentially ruining Josh Allen's prime years. People do not realize that Josh is in his prime right now. Just like they didnt with Poyer, Hyde, Tre and Diggs. We has a SB winning squad and our Coach squandered it. Josh most likely will not always be available for 17-20 games a year. God has blessed us with his durability, but it is not guaranteed and without him, its Tank City. Edited 7 hours ago by jaybeezee 1 1 Quote

Then it will be all about our 1st rounder, coupled with our 2 #2's that we will probably trade to KC and gift them a playmaker, or we will use it on a defensive player that cant generate a pass rush to save their life, or better yet, a corner that will never see the field. Good news is we will draft a decent player somewhere in the 5th or 6th round! Quote
Negan Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I'm looking forward to tuning into ESPN after the Bills beat the Ravens. Almost as fun as watching SNY after a Jets loss. 1 1 Quote

Thanks Denver for pointing that out when the stakes were not so high. . Edited 7 hours ago by Augie 1 Quote

Warriorspikes51 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago The Bills being underdogs and some comments in the media may give us the edge we need to prevail. It would be absolutely AMAZING if both Allen & the defense have great performances Quote

It’s like whack a mole. You try to stop Samuel and Shakir goes off, etc. It’s the beauty of “everyone eats”. If Buffalo plays the complimentary football they played on Sunday, Ravens do not stand a chance. Thats what I love about Brady. He actually seems to gameplan for the opponent. I didnt feel that with Daboll or Dorsey. Daboll was just like ok you guys run 40 yards down the field. Josh you throw strikes. It worked but that was before the defenses changed up to stop the airball. Dorsey just seemed to have if this then that plays designed to beat coverages but not teams. Quote

I know the defense was horrible but the offense was also mediocre for a lot of the game. We are a different team now but I do agree that we need the WRs to get separation reliably. If they can comfortably cover our WRs in man coverage it frees up the LBs to focus on spying Josh and containing the run. TBF after Shakir got injured we didnt really have anyone. Coleman was 4 weeks in and not that great, we had a turf toe Samuel, and even MVS was on the field. We got behind so fast that we became one dimensional and couldn't even really run the ball. I don't expect the same offensive performance this week. Quote

Mack Hollins still developing timing in the offense. Lots of snaps going to MVS. And I still think it was that stupid trick play that kept us from coming back and really making it a game. 2 Quote
