HIT BY SPIKES Posted January 13 Posted January 13 NOT making what I made last time. I saw some scrawny looking poultry at the Afghan butcher that I may be able to pass off as raven. What's on Your Plate? 2 Quote
HIT BY SPIKES Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 Thinking crab cakes this time as the appetizer. The Pit Beef I smoked in September ended up in a loss. 3 Quote
gomper Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Ribeye on the grill from a great little local spot in Springville. Garlic mashed and a balsamic tossed salad. 1 2 Quote

Steve O Posted January 14 Posted January 14 There's an eagle nest a mile from me. But I'll save that for the super bowl. 1 1 2 Quote
machine gun kelly Posted January 14 Posted January 14 We’ll, the closest to a Raven, is a chkn, so I guess it’s chkn, black beans, rice, tobacco, broccoli, and a tall order of Woodford Reserve on tap. Tabasco wing sauce, not tobacco. Darn auto correct. 1 1 Quote
Ray Stonada Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Baltimore has a great Afghan restaurant, weirdly. The Helmand. But I think poultry is on the menu. Roast chicken with mashed potatoes and a chimichurri. Course, the game starts at 12:30am for me. Crazy thing is two friends (who also have kids) are coming over anyway. Game’s too big to skip. 1 1 Quote

Augie Posted January 14 Posted January 14 I’m sticking with what works. I have nervous energy pre-game so I use it to make nachos. I’m usually too nervous to actually eat the nachos, but it’s become part of a routine that seems to work. 🤷♂️ 2 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Probably just good old fashioned pizza and wings 3 Quote
