I think he played it right trying to force McLaurin into the teeth of the zone. It's just that the guys playing the middle of the field crept too close to the LOS and allowed a window behind them.

TB making inexcusable mistakes late in a playoff game.

 

The fumble by Mayfield earlier that gave the Commanders the ball inside their 15 that resulted in the TD to McLaurin and now this early snap.
