Do idiot opposing fans realize the ref was going up to Allen because of one of the most blatant, obvious missed calls that cost the Bills a TD?

Was thinking during the game to make it a little more equal now that the 2 seed doesn’t get a bye… they should give the 2 seed the lowest ranking team makin it to the divisional round, and the 1 seed plays the higher seed.  
 

As it stands now…

the 1 seed gets ALL the advantage, 1st round bye, 2

home games and the lowest seed almost gives them the championship game.  The 2 seed really gets nothing but 2 home games.    
 

It’s true they get the low seed in in the WC round and are usually winning now…

but not having a bye leads to injuries and then after that they play the highest ranking team.    It would be an easy rule change that doesn’t take any revenue from the league.

It’s not like the Bills got favourable decisions before or after the chat. Unlike, say, the Eagles in the following game.

It goes without saying that the Schopp and Bulldog post game is and will always be awful, but I was disappointed by Nate Geary who just fed into these ridiculous calls by people stating the Bills have zero chance against Baltimore.

Which is frankly inappropriate for him to be chasing players to the bench to chew them out.

Or, your favorite team could just earn the 1 seed.  This changing thing and lowering the standard bull#### needs to stop.  Complete nonsense.

I agree our D hasn't been stellar this season and Baltimore is a bad matchup for us.  I disagree however when you say this:  "Unfortunately our defense playing McD’s bend don’t break nonsense..." 

 

Did you see bend-don't-break today?   Has that been McD's M.O. over the years?   

 

Our defensive roster isn't particularly strong this year.  Worse, it's been banged up.  So teams, especially power running teams, have been able to move the ball.   In a few games, we stiffened up in the red zone which gave the illusion of bend-don't-break.  The last time we played the Ravens, it was all bend-then-break. 

 

It's not philosophy, it's just how things work out sometimes when you don't have great players on the field.  McD's philosophy is to play a lot of 4-2 and disguise coverages to stop the pass first.   He tries to stop the run with well-coached players, teamwork, and speed - but not size and power.  What he wants is three-and-outs, not bend-don't-break.  We're just not talented enough to make that happen all the time.

You even bother to see who didn’t play for the     Bills in that game? Guessing not so here’s the list: no milano, no Johnson (9), no Bernard and no Shakir (out mid 1st quarter with injury). Game is also now in Buffalo. Worry less enjoy more

Seriously, what is with some of you guys who so casually dismiss a playoff win at home? Smell the roses for a day or so. We dominated a playoff team. Have a drink, enjoy the W. These are the good days and don’t take them for granted.

Ehh Denver came on pretty strong as the season went on offensively. I don’t think that’s a particularly clean comparison.  

you can think Baltimore will win I got no issue with that but the negative posters are sleeping on the bills blowing out the broncos quite a bit imo.  They finished 6th in DVOA it wasn’t like we blew out some slouch
