our whole run d depends on the backers just firing up into the correct gap.

Ty Johnson and the improved O-line make us better than years past. Throw in all the options in the pass game and that creates coverage issues for defenders. Rather than Josh forcing throws to Diggs to shut him up, now 7 different quality receivers not including the RBs, can get 3rd down conversions. With the defense keeping Baltimore from scoring TDs on a few of their drives, Josh will score enough to get us to KC.

Fwiw

In the 1991 Bills were hot going into KC and got smashed by large powerful RB in Okoye 6-33.

In the divisional round the Bills turned the tables vs the same team 37-14.

Josh Allen now has 29 TDs against 6 turnovers in 11 playoff games. 100+ passer rating.

Lamar has 11 TDs, 9 TOs and 81.2% passer rating in 7 playoff games.

If we can find a way to slow Henry, I like our chances of advancing in High Mark.

Agree that we have to slow down Henry. But Lamar opens up so much with his ability to beat you in and out of the pocket.

I’m cautiously optimistic about this game being that it’s one of the worst possible matchups for us.

This might be a game to take the ball first and set the tone early with a score

Interesting thought, because playing ahead against Baltimore is the winning formula, and turnovers. The offense absolutely has to play keep away and score.

I remember that like it was yesterday.  Derrick Thomas also used Will Wolford as a turnstile all night long.

The playoffs were a completely different story.

I don't want what happened last time to happen again, where the Ravens get the ball first and Henry cracks one right off the bat. I'd rather take the ball, have a long drive, drain clock, keep Lamar off the field and score a TD to start the game and be ahead early. Always try to stay one step ahead of them

Best matchup of the week and as long as CBS has that slot, seems like a slam dunk. (Unfortunately)

CBS had 2 games this weekend, Fox only one.  So my guess is Sunday at 6:30 will be Fox game so not likely an AFC game.  Think NBC will have the Saturday night, Fox the early Sat and late Sunday and CBS the "early" 3L30 on Sunday.

Saturday night likely either the Bills/Ravens or maybe Lions/Vikes (assuming Vikes win) but NBC did have that same game last week so maybe will want Bills instead

The Vikings or Rans are not playing 5 days after tomorrow’s game. No way, no how. The Bills will be playing Sunday night. Take that to the bank.

That's fair and maybe you're right with the bills- But if Vikings win, they will give them a Sunday game. (As they are playing on Monday night)
