It's my understanding that if a player carries out a fake and continues to act like they have the ball they are legal to hit. So hit him. Hard. Every time. Tell the refs you are doing it in your pregame pow wow so they are ready for it and just rock him every time he does it. He's not the biggest guy. I'm not suggesting you're trying to hurt someone, that's wrong, what I'm suggesting is you take some of the enthusiasm out of running those plays and carrying out those fakes.

They both have a very high sense of spatial awareness and are quick and strong, and in Josh's case he's big as an Ox and in Lamar's case he is generally the quickest & fastest guy on the field. Also they are both protected by the QB sliding rules.

They can barely concede that Josh Allen is as good as Lamar Jackson. Patrick Mahomos cannot even stand that Josh Allen is as good and will not hear it. Lamar Jackson fans are getting close to that.

 

They are all worldly level QB's. I've heard very few Bills fans say that Lamar JAckson is terrible or bad. Most ahve begun acknowledging he is finally playing QB at a high level.

He is an ox, isn't he? It would be like a defensive lineman returning an interception, barreling straight toward you. One commentator said tackling Allen was like tackling a race horse. Jackson will juke you, but Allen might juke you OR run you over (or jump over you). 

 

So glad he's ours. I'd hate my team to face him.

Most times a fumble seems like a really nice punchout and people always call it luck for some reason lol. A fudged up snap or something like that I’d say can definitely be luck.  The bills frequently force opposing offenses to go a lot of plays without a mistake so even the ‘lucky’ fumbles are somewhat schemed up in a way

There was a bit of a lull in QB play/depth once Brady and Manning started to age out. But when these 3 or 4 (Burrow) guys retire they will go down as one of the greatest QB era's in the history of the league.

He's the most elusive runner in the NFL.  Great vision, always makes guys miss.  Its not for lack of trying that defenders have not sidelined him.

Wondering if this is a good game to get James Cook more involved in passing game on 1 and 2 downs?  Its amazing how he has become a legit every down back considering where and why he was drafted. Go Bills.

lol that’s not what I was saying I just thought it would be a better way to phrase it…the bills do a lot of what the broncos did to us in the first half, force you into long drives that feel like pulling teeth at times where the odds of making a mistake like a fumble,INT,etc start to go up higher and higher especially with them disguising coverages pretty well.
 

so by defensive/offensive philosophy it gets really difficult for us to lose the turnover battle.  People criticize it when teams score but don’t really give it much credit when it does what it’s supposed to.  Just always gives me a chuckle when every turnover is called luck 🤣

Agreed any attempt to target Lamar gonna draw a flag... maybe not the first time, but demonstrate you are going after him legal or not your gonna get penalized.

I said the same thing earlier in the thread - on RPO plays the Steelers every time just went to tackle Henry with Lamar standing right there (ie., Lamar wasn't in free space and juking and hard to hit).  If they are going to run the RPO destroy Lamar at the mesh point whether he hands off or not

listneing to Ravens coverage radio now... just starting.   i dislike the one morning guys voice as much as jabberjowels on WGR in the afternoon.

 

about 15 minutes in and they're talking about college basketball... odd.  and they're kind of vulgar.

 

and they just started on the Bills and said "Do we all agree the Bills defense is trash?" the grunty dude is really, really brash and overcompensating. these guys are a lot of tough talk. it's really weird hearing such heavy strong opinion like they're the biggest and baddest.

 

but i usually just listen to NFL Radio and a little Bills radio where even the homers are not aggressive assertive tough talk bullies. it sounds so pompous.

Ooops, already posted above.  I will only say, that I hope we have an ultra-aggressive game plan.  We played passive to start and got torched the last time.  No Flowers, allows you to crank it up a bit.

He's not playing man. It was a pretty serious grade 2 knee sprain. He was on crutches just days ago
