Well according to all analysts, the Ravens should win this game easily.  It’s been a good year boys!  Pack it up and go home!

This is exactly what we need. I hope everyone blows smoke up the Ravens backside all week. The more they think they have this game won, the better for us.

And they’re gonna do the same for the Chiefs in the AFCCG.  Sets up nicely for this team to keep proving people wrong.

It is not my job to find a more reliable kicker, it is Brandon Beanes.

I'm just a fan who has watched Bass blow opportunities in big games and I am nervous cause we have another big game that could very well come down to a field goal or extra point. The opponent has perhaps the greatest kicker of all time and we have Bass again

Tucker is 22 -30 this season.  He's not very reliable this year.

Agreed. The Ravens are a darned good team and probably better top to bottom than the Chiefs.

They probably are, but they don't have the playoff mysticism and experience that KC has.  NE wasn't always the best team, but they had Brady and a bunch of guys who never got phased by the bright lights.

If we get by Baltimore, that's what we're up against, because on paper.. Buffalo and Kansas City are similar teams talent-wise.

If Houston has another game like they did Saturday we will be playing them in Buffalo.

I feel like the Bills will play with an edge this weekend. When they’ve done that over the last 5 years, they’ve been unstoppable. I believe that the Bills come out flying next week. If they get up a couple of scores the game may never be close. If they make Baltimore have to throw a lot, it’ll be a great day for the Bills.

I hope you are right, but I think this will be a very close game. Coin flip on who wins.

A thought just popped in my head, both Baltimore and Houston were road losses.  This could be our revenge games.  Come here, and we will beat you.

I have to think McD and Babich are sort of excited about this. Probably the biggest challenge they have ever faced in terms of creating a scheme to stop an explosive offense.

it wouldn’t surprise me that they do something brilliantly crazy and innovative, like playing dime the entire time with coddrington as a spy on Lamar.  Or something just bonkers like that.

Whatever it is, if they can pull it off, it will be the model on how to stop the ravens.

Players playing this upcoming weekend who missed the majority of the first matchup:

- Bernard

- Taron Johnson

- Milano

- Rapp

- Shakir

- Cooper

So 1/4 of our starters, including some of our most important players.

Our DL rotation is pretty different this time too.  Carter played almost half (46%) of the snaps.  I like the kid but stopping the run is not quite his strong suit.  This is also a low key time to call up Eli Ankou.  I still think hes our best run stuffer and could be huge on early downs.

It all depends on the style. Yesterday that team was a great matchup for the Bills. The Broncos strengths were man to man defense and the ability to get to the QB. Those are 2 things that the Bills have shredded all year. Denver also can’t run the ball and the Bills have been exposed against great rushing offenses. The Broncos really had no chance of winning a game by doing what they do best. If they were to have had any shot yesterday it would have been because of mistakes by the Bills. They weren’t going to win with man coverage and elite pass rush.

Next week, Baltimore is a much tougher schematic matchup. They are a physical team with a great running game and good pass defense. For the Bills to win, they are going to have to get the lead and force Baltimore to throw. Lamar’s record with 30+ pass attempts is bad. They ran 15 consecutive plays at one point on Saturday. If that happens, the Bills are in trouble. If they get the lead, that won’t happen.

I mean, if the Bills play dime all day against the Ravens heavy sets they'll rush for 300 yards.

If it's cold and snowy, I'd love to see the Bills play a 5 man line with just one deep safety. Literally a 5-3 defense (with TJ at his normal spot.)

Make Lamar throw the ball in 10 degree weather and do not let them run.

And Stefon Diggs can stand on sideline and watch after.

I hope you’re right, but I’m not sure about that. HOU played like a one and done imo. The Chargers were just worse! A good team might have been up 21 -0 against the Texans and won going away. I’d love a Texans win, but I think they have to play a lot cleaner and a lot better than they did Saturday to notch a win at Arrowhead.
