zow2 Posted Friday at 07:20 PM Posted Friday at 07:20 PM It’s a beautiful, sunny, windless 42 degrees near Baltimore this afternoon. I’m walking my dog, no jacket required. I hope the Ravens are getting in a nice outdoor practice… and thinking man, we are really acclimating to the chilly conditions. We are gonna be ready for that Orchard Park weather! 3 5 Quote

We are gonna be ready for that Orchard Park weather! The weather for the game Is being overblown by the media, just like they tend to do when any snow storm is forecasted . They are saying 5 degree temperatures sunday night..... Well that's true at 1 am but not so much at 630. Supposed to be 15. They are saying there's going to be snow . Maybe a flurry or two . They are saying it's going to be windy with gusts up to 20-25 mph! ....the wind is going t9 be negligible at 5mph. The ravens won't be cold and the conditions outside of a little cold should be ideal. 1 Quote

Generally speaking though from what I've seen- If he's limited today, probably going to be out. We will see Limited today. Game designation "Questionable" I think, though, if he's in a non-contact other than a QB he's "limited" by definition so we'll see Edited Friday at 07:33 PM by Beck Water 3 1 3 Quote
Logic Posted Friday at 07:32 PM Posted Friday at 07:32 PM If I would've told you in August that sixth o-lineman Alec Anderson being a full participant going into the divisional round would bring about a huge sigh of relief from Bills fans...you'd have told me I was high on crack. And yet, here we are. Based on the success and frequency of the Bills' 6 OL package, Anderson is arguably as important a weapon to his offense as almost any skill player. Wild. 7 2 3 Quote

Part of it is injury - we never had Milano looking as good as he was in the Denver game, and throughout the year, we had different people out, but for this Sunday, we are at full strength. Other part is effort that is tied to urgency. A large part of the defensive play is effort, not just on Sundays, but Monday thru Saturday as well. For a unit that is kind of shamed on TV and radio throughout the week, I think the guys will put max effort in. If I have to guess, I'd say the D comes out Sunday night on fire, and McDermott and Babich unveil some new wrinkles to catch Jackson and Henry by surprise a bit. But the talent gap is still there. In the 2nd half, they adjusted and starting to take it to us, like everyone expected. So here is the tricky part. Can the offense go full blast while the defense has its way? If we put a couple of scores on them and ahead as much, it could change the whole game. If, like the last Ravens game that it takes the 2nd half for the offense to hit its stride, then we are back to square one on a tight game. Von looks like Von, and Groot is making plays! Milano and Taron are awesome playmakers! Quote

I never understood this sentiment. The guys have long sleeves on, hand warmers , heaters on the bench. I mean the dude plays in Baltimore, it's not like miami going to Kansas city playing in the coldest game ever. Idk I just don't see it being a factor but I hope I'm wrong. Quote

Are we the same team from week 4? Quote

Regarding long sleeves: sometimes cold footballs and long sleeves don’t go well together. I’ll be interested to see how many of the skill players opt to wear them. Quote

So I'll give it a quick TTT. Great job from Jon Gruden. Honestly, the Raiders should probably just re-hire him, AGAIN, for next year. It's a shame that it started as its own post and then was quickly moved and meged into another one. Thanks for noticing! 😉 Quote
