Broncos knew there was no threat of run on 2nd and 3rd down. 
 

A play action on 1st would have been ideal. 

Running on first down when the Bills are at the 10 or 11 yard line in opposing territory almost never works and puts the Bills in must pass situations on 2nd and 3rd down. So it seems to me.

Part of me does wonder though why Knox kept moving to Josh’s left when Josh was clearly scrambling/moving to his right. There was plenty of space to move with the QB’s direction.

This started as bad as possible. 
 

Von was saving himself for the playoffs and he’s out there dancing with the right tackle. 
 

3rd down defense is humiliating. 
 

Where is play action? 
 

we lose this as the chiefs and kc fans will be relentless that we are perennial regular season winners and playoff flops. And they would be right.

A mistake to not use Josh’s legs at any point in the redzone… This game has no business being close.

 

But then again, the Rams clearly had no business hanging 40+ on this team as evident by every game they played after that…
