All day to throw on 3rd down, then beat deep.  The two things we aren’t supposed to let happen, and it happens on the first drive.  
 

Oh yeah, and then getting beat by the guy we visited with three times prior to the draft, then passed on him multiple times.

I know it’s early. But I was foolishly optimistic that our defense would turn it on for the playoffs. Similar to how the 2006 colts D did to finally win their first. Thus far it’s looking the same as all season. If not worse

That third down defense is the biggest problem non this team

Rapp, Hamlin, and Bishop…. Absolutely awful safety unit. Such a step down from the play we’ve grown accustomed to under McD defense.

McDermott's BS defense in full effect. Number 9 Rapp got blown up. That was embarrassing in replay slo-mo. Maybe that huge helmet he's wearing slowed him down.

I’ll give them time to adjust but I’m just so sick to my stomach that Josh Allen has to be linked to this team, with this Defense, every postseason.  A constant albatross around his neck that Mahomes and Lamar don’t have to deal with.
