Brianmoorman4jesus Posted Sunday at 03:30 PM Posted Sunday at 03:30 PM (edited) If this group is ever going to get a ring, it’s going to be because the defense steps up. The offense has been as good as any in our history. They have done it, they will do it, they are not the issue. Our seasons end every year because of the defense. Bend but don’t break, getting zero pressure and not getting off the field on 3rd downs is NOT acceptable. Laying back off WRs, hoping a team gets bored and makes mistakes is not going to work. Our offense is crazy aggressive. They fear nobody. Why is our defense so passive? All you hear is they don’t want to get beat over the top, they will give you the run. ***** that. Read the room and Set the ***** tone. We live off turnovers. That’s not sustainable, that’s why we haven’t won a Super Bowl. By hook or by crook, no matter what it looks like..this defense needs to go on a 4 game run for the ages. Make real stops. Get sacks. Make teams uncomfortable. Tackle right away. No getting gashed by the run, back on skates and then wide open guys on 3rd down. They owe it to this team and they owe it to the fans. We don’t need them to be lights out for the whole season, but we need them to be lights out for the next 4 weeks. That’s the only way we are ever going to win a Super Bowl. You can’t just expect to score a TD on every drive to win these games. The offense needs help. This coach and his defense need to carry their own weight for a change. That starts today. Very well said. I give them a pass for last season though due to all the injuries. If our starting D was all out there against KC in the divisional round we would have won that game, no doubt. 1 Quote

My current biggest fear is Josh will never win a Super Bowl as a Bill under McDermott’s Defense.. It’s breaking my heart! 4 Quote

TheWei44 Posted Sunday at 04:03 PM Posted Sunday at 04:03 PM (edited) 2 hours until game time - Let's do this! We have the horses to knock the crap out of the donkeys. Just play soundly on both sides of the ball and special teams - We are by and large a team of a lot of good/very good players that are not household names, hence not tons of accolades but who cares about that? If that can be used as extra motivation, great, but no one has beaten us in our house this year and that will continue today. Punch them in the mouth and then punch them in the mouth harder! Never relent and always go all out and crush them!! LFG!! Go Bills!! Edited Sunday at 04:04 PM by TheWei44 2 Quote
Ray Stonada Posted Sunday at 04:05 PM Posted Sunday at 04:05 PM Two hours out. I want to thank @Chandler#81 and everyone here for all the effort every week on gameday, getting everyone ready and pumped. It's been an incredible year. Yet today feels like the first day: the day we pickup our actual quest, the unfinished business we all need to get done. I'm nervous. I didn't think I would be. But I am. We have the chance we wanted, that's all we need. I am so proud of the 2024 Buffalo Bills players and coaches and staff for what they did this year. But now it's time to take another step. Time to lay it all on the line, play like there's no tomorrow. Four games left, if we can get to them. Get out there and play your game, guys. We are all here with you. We can't help much, but what we can do we will. And I believe the energy and passion of Bills fans is one of the forces propelling the team. And know we will always be here. Go Bills. 7 1 2 Quote
