in buffalo ed oliver gets doubled because the edges are just good players and do not require anything special to account for them.  

 

i honestly think its that simple.  The Bills need a dynamic guy on the edge and a big giant unmovable 340 LB trash can full of dirt at the 1 tech to shut down the run.  If Buffalo had these two things the defense would be among the best in the league.

 

Here is to hoping this draft brings us some great defensive players.

whenever I go and look at games it seems like he has a guard slamming into him with the center.   The Bills have no one that threatens teams protections generally and none that require double teams going into the games however.

 

No idea what the stats say i am just commenting on what I see whenever I go back and look with 0liver.
