Maybe, but this seems like just some guy’s random opinion.

Brady doesn’t strike me as a quitter either. In about 3 years, he will probably have worked so hard to become the greatest announcer of all time. Seriously.

yeah a lot of people complained about him, i thought he was great.  a little unpolished but seemed like he was giving us insight that we're certainly not getting from the Troy Aikmans of the world.

Conflict of interest maybe with being in the ownership of the Raiders. Probably can't deal with other teams and what they are doing through interviews.

He was terrible, but I’ll cut him some slack being his first year. Would much rather hear someone like Jon Gruden

I agree. I thought he was solid. His delivery is Robotic, but that will improve with time. I thought he did a nice job on substance of the analysis.

He was bad to start, but ya I agree that he got really good by the time the season ended

I thought he struggled early but got better and better. By the end of the year he was better than most IMO.

But if he wants to properly invest in running the Raiders he can't continue. It is a conflict of interests.

He’s getting better every week.

It seems like he can carefully navigate around the issue. He just can’t criticize teams and officials. That might be a pleasant surprise. An announcer who is simply going to analyze the plays on the field!!

The only reason the conflict of interest seemed minor this year was that the raiders were so bad.  If the raiders were a 12 win team, Brady’s working games involving teams the Raiders were competing with would have been cringeworthy. I agree he was a good analyst and improving rapidly. The guy knows how to work through complicated tasks.

Yup this was always the most probable outcome.

Reports from Vegas are he is going to be hands-on with Mark Davis, and because of the conflicts of interests he can’t be a standard analyst on game days.
