Neo Posted January 10 Posted January 10 I would like to imagine 60 thousand plus people saying “no thanks” when entering the gates. 1 2 Quote
WotAGuy Posted January 10 Posted January 10 The Bills have done this a few times in the past. I think I have (or had) a couple white towels with Bills logo and some ads on it from the drought era. I think they are trying to generate some buzz for a game that is lacking it, as evidenced by secondary market ticket values. Quote
machine gun kelly Posted January 10 Posted January 10 I don’t care about the towels either way, but if it keeps fans from slapping their seats, clapping, etc along with the screaming for so much crowd noise Nix has problems. He hasn’t played in a raucous crowd like ours in the NFL. Maybe in college, but he’s dealing with the Mafia this Sunday. I remember I received a Bills towel several years ago at the home opener, and made for a good hand towel in my car. Quote
Luvbills Posted January 10 Posted January 10 I still have the red towel with blue lettering on it that says Ralph Wilson, Stadium. I think they were given out at the first game after the stadium had been renamed. We used to get freebies all the time when you walked in. Quote

My ticket rep did not realize till I pointed it out one day, that when the towels were primarily white in color, the Bills would lose that game. Asked her to send word up the chain not to use a surrender color for the towels. 1 hour ago, Luvbills said: I still have the red towel with blue lettering on it that says Ralph Wilson, Stadium. People said Ralph was cheap, the Pegula's are cheaper. 1 Quote
The Firebaugh Kid Posted January 10 Posted January 10 We don’t need towels, our hands are busy pounding the seats 👏 Quote
HOUSE Posted January 10 Posted January 10 The towls will be listed on ebay 20 minutes after the game America, I love it 😀 Quote
JohnBonhamRocks Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Can you bring empty drinking vessels into the game? Got a cup for Christmas that you can blow into the one mouthpiece and it sounds like a foghorn. 1 Quote
Beast Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Bad idea. Drunk Bills fans will be using them as toilet paper and trying to flush them down toilets. You just know it will happen. Quote
GottaRun Posted January 10 Posted January 10 They're only good for wiping down seats or giving to any young kid in your area.... not in that order Quote
JÂy RÛßeÒ Posted January 10 Posted January 10 (edited) They're good for wiping off the seats but that's about it. Quote Fans are encouraged to share fun pictures with the towels on social media and tag @Ticketmaster and @BuffaloBills for a chance to be noticed by the team. Maybe that works better than buying season tickets for 37 years... But I have a feeling that Bills fans have a different definition of "fun" than what they're hoping to get. Augie Posted January 10 Posted January 10 I suppose they could be handy in a toilet paper shortage. 🤷♂️ Quote
Fleezoid Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Get 'em wet and hold 'em outside for awhile. Then you'll have a rally board instead. Quote
extrahammer Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Some new person in marketing probably pitched this and whoever pitched it last time for us has been fired. 1 1 Quote
