oh that’s a great point

Yea if you are just making things up.  Winning the division means something and always should.

the rams beat the Vikings during the regular season so this idea that the rams are so far behind Minnesota is nonsense.  If they didn’t have the injuries they had earlier in the year and tried to win the final week they may have another win or three.

Your 2nd point definitely undercuts anyone's feelings of injustice for poor Minnesota.

However, your first point is mostly just an appeal to tradition, and doesn't make a lot of sense that teams from other divisions should be penalized by how bad some other division is.

THEN AGAIN lol, the first rule of the NFL regular season is Win Your @#$% Division. It ain't fair, but it does make for some high stakes intra-division regular season matchups.

This little thing called life, I would hope, trumps a game.

Seems to be escaping many, an antiquated notion apparently.

They should have moved the game to St Louis 😆

Some Rams fans are in agreement with you, judging from twitter. Others wanted it moved to Vegas, SF, San Diego, or even kept in place.

Also, on a related note, some fans have noted the irony of moving the game to a stadium sponsored by State Farm:

Looks like LA residents got the Bungle Rooski plan instead of the Bundle Rooski plan.

My wife is an exec for one of the ones you see on tv every 34 seconds. The answer is no.

I see Caesar’s Sportsbook has voided all previously placed LA-Minn game bets per their house rules.
