For reals though - it seems like the Bills have pretty much paused the Wall of Fame, to the detriment of great players doomed to play in the drought era.  I don't know if that's because the new stadium will have something else, but it's been quite a while since someone was added to the Wall (or Ring or however you want to refer to it).  I think the last 2 to go up were Lou Saban and Cookie Gilchrist - 2 legends way overdue but left off due to Ralph carrying a grudge.

 

How great would it be if they did a surprise addition of Kyle at this game?!?

It wouldn't be great. If/when the day comes for Kyle to get his name on the Wall of Fame, they will probably let him pick the date for a regular season game to do it. It would also allow his family and friends to be there and share the special day with Kyle. To do it as a surprise he probably doesn't get that. Maybe his wife and kids will be in Buffalo this weekend with him but maybe not.

That would be cool then. I still think if/when the day comes it will be a regular season game. Hopefully they do next year with it being the last year in the current stadium. That is where Kyle memories as a player are, and it should be celebrated in the current stadium not the new one.

Kyle was rock solid... He is true Blue and would love if we are able to play for us in the JA era

I remember when we signed Von Miller, they made a video of Miller getting a tour of One Bills Drive

 

During the tour the guide was telling Miller about former players who still visit, and mentioned that "Kyle Williams is here all the time."

I can't say there's no fiery leadership on the Bills now.  I'm not in the locker room.  Not in the huddle.  Not on the sidelines.  

 

But Kyle had juice that could only be good for this team.  He loved the Bills and willingly bled for his teammates.

After rewatching the end of the drought anniversary video on NYE, I thought to myself, we haven't seen or heard from Kyle in a while.

 

Glad to see him back leading the charge.
