JÂy RÛßeÒ Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago (edited) For reals though - it seems like the Bills have pretty much paused the Wall of Fame, to the detriment of great players doomed to play in the drought era. I don't know if that's because the new stadium will have something else, but it's been quite a while since someone was added to the Wall (or Ring or however you want to refer to it). I think the last 2 to go up were Lou Saban and Cookie Gilchrist - 2 legends way overdue but left off due to Ralph carrying a grudge. How great would it be if they did a surprise addition of Kyle at this game?!? Edited 15 hours ago by JÂy RÛßeÒ 3 Quote

I’m glad he was a big part of ending the drought, but imagine a prime KW playing w/ the current D. Rousseau, Oliver, Von Miller, AJE, and Kyle Williams would be an insane defensive line. Sorry, but his career was wasted here. 1 1 Quote

If/when the day comes for Kyle to get his name on the Wall of Fame, they will probably let him pick the date for a regular season game to do it. It would also allow his family and friends to be there and share the special day with Kyle. To do it as a surprise he probably doesn't get that. Maybe his wife and kids will be in Buffalo this weekend with him but maybe not. Quote

I still think if/when the day comes it will be a regular season game. Hopefully they do next year with it being the last year in the current stadium. That is where Kyle memories as a player are, and it should be celebrated in the current stadium not the new one. Quote
Virgil Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago I mean, do we really want the king of the drought out there? We scored 3 points in his one playoff game. Love the man, but let's not jinx it 😜 1 1 1 4 Quote

Kyle is/was/and will always bleed Bills blue when it comes to football. I remember when we signed Von Miller, they made a video of Miller getting a tour of One Bills Drive During the tour the guide was telling Miller about former players who still visit, and mentioned that "Kyle Williams is here all the time." 1 Quote

Especially on the defensive side of the ball. One of my all time favorites- no fiery leadership on this squad you say?? Quote
hondo in seattle Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I can't say there's no fiery leadership on the Bills now. I'm not in the locker room. Not in the huddle. Not on the sidelines. But Kyle had juice that could only be good for this team. He loved the Bills and willingly bled for his teammates. Quote

The Wiz Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago After rewatching the end of the drought anniversary video on NYE, I thought to myself, we haven't seen or heard from Kyle in a while. Glad to see him back leading the charge. 1 Quote
