Freddie's Dead Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago You've tried the rest, now try the best! Accept no substitutes! Here is the actual PREDICT THE SCORE! thread. Congratulations again to Week 18 winner @corta765! Playoffs time is here! Happiness and cheer!.... The 10-7 Denver Broncos come to Highmark Stadium to take on our 13-4 Bills in Orchard Park. Denver has a hot QB in rookie Bo Nix, one of the better defenses in the AFC, and a SuperBowl winning coach in Sean Payton. On paper, they appear to be a formidable match for the Bills. This is a WWII game for the Bills. They CANNOT lose in the Wild Card Round to the lowest seeded team in the AFC. That said, this is going to be a very tough game for the Bills. Bo Nix gonna get his, but the Bills D must continue creating turnovers if the Bills want to win this game. I think the -9 is way too many points to give the Broncos. I see a close game coming down to the last possession. Success Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Much respect to the Broncos, but they're just starting their journey, and the difference in playoff experience will show up in this game: Bills 34 Broncos 16 2 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Denver is in a really good spot. Playing with house money. No one expects them to win. They can play aggressive. Beware of fake punts and trick plays. They have a really good defense that can get after the QB. Should be a good matchup. Buffalo 23 Denver 16 2 Quote

A telling point is McD is 9-4 against rookie QB’s. He’ll have Nix seeing ghosts by the end of the game. Bills. 27 Broncos 17 2 Quote

HappyDays Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Bills 31 Broncos 20 I really like this matchup for us. It was the best of the possible wildcard matchups IMO. On offense Denver can't run the ball very well and they don't have a lot of playmaking talent in general. It's a middling supporting cast led by a rookie QB coming to Orchard Park for his first ever playoff game. These are the kinds of matchups where our defense tends to stack negative plays. On defense Denver's two biggest strengths are somewhat neutralized by what we do well. They have a shutdown CB who can singlehandedly take a WR out of the game, but we don't rely on one WR. They have a great pass rush but we have very good pass protection and a QB that negates a good pass rush better than any QB in history. The leash is off Allen to run around and stiff arm LBs as he sees fit. I just can't see our offense scoring less than 30 under those circumstances, even against a great defense like Denver. So if we keep them below 30 we win. 2 Quote
