Don’t think he was in the plans to play safety. Already has Rapp and Bishop in front of him. Not sure about the linebacker transition either, he’s extremely light for a OLB.

Am I right that it was up to Cine? He could have opted to stay with the Bills as a PS player rather than go to eagles?
