Buffalo_Stampede Posted yesterday at 07:40 PM Posted yesterday at 07:40 PM He strikes me as a quiet guy that won’t wow a team. Hopefully he gets an opportunity though. Quote

The best candidate by a country mile imo. Titans can't let him leave the building. Quote

I hope it either happens or it doesn’t or I don’t know. We've lost Schein, Dan Morgan and briefly Brian Gaine. Beane knows how to build a collection of quality personnel men. I'm sure we have someone in wings to take Gray's spot as needed. Maybe Lake Dawson? Quote

Beane is a wizard, and the belief will be anybody surrounding him must be the next top-gun. kinda like the pipeline of young WR's through the draft and Josh hyping them up for big deals elsewhere after 4 seasons... we all know who's steering. If we can lift someone else up, get a sick return, supplementing our draft capital..... then thats best for everyone and Im dead serious I wouldnt hire a white guy (coming from a white guy too). Play the game within the rules youre given Bring back Doug Whaley. 1 Quote
BADOLBILZ Posted yesterday at 07:52 PM Posted yesterday at 07:52 PM White guys who rock the douchey 90's crew neck and chain look are a minority group. They should be worth at least two 3rd round picks, IMO. 4 Quote
gonzo1105 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago He’s been mostly on the pro side in his career so waiver wires, free agents etc. Player Personnel title usually he oversees the entire scouting department . My guess is with that title he’s Beanes right hand man. it’s unfortunate there are only two openings for him and they’re the Jets and Titans. Gray has an interview with Tenn and Gaine has one with the Jets. Good news is if they have one leave, they have another GM candidate they can promote in Malik Boyd and if Schoen gets fired next year it’s likely Beane would welcome him back Quote

Lots of ammo for Beane to move up (or down) to get the depth he needs and maybe a future starter or 3. The 3rds are split in two years, so it’d be 2025 and 2026. 2 Quote

I am pretty sure that if he goes and we get those comp picks it won't be this year. We'd get one in 2026 draft and other in 2027 draft. 1 Quote

Virgil Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Is this for real? Two 3rds?! That's a lot. I would pay another team to hire him 1 1 Quote

How is this a bad thing unless Gray is indispensable to the Bills which I highly doubt. Quote
