It would be 2026 and 2027. Our expected picks for this year are: Round 1 Round 2 Round 2 (from Minnesota Vikings via Houston Texans for Stefon Diggs and our 2025 5th Round Pick) Round 4 Round 4 (from Chicago Bears for a 2024 5th Round Pick) Round 5 (Compensatory for Gabe Davis) Round 5 (Compensatory for Leonard Floyd) Round 6 Round 6 (from New York Giants for Boogie Basham and our 2025 7th Round Pick) Round 6 (from Cleveland Browns with Amari Cooper for our 2025 3rd Round Pick) About time. I’ve been waiting for that pick to finally pay off! Quote

Gotta love those player and a 7th 2 years from now for a 6th 2 years from now trades. The ultimate 'bag of balls' trade. Edited January 14 by BillsFanForever19 Quote

Feel bad for him - feels like he’s just being used to satisfy a rule I think he’s a legit candidate but there are many good personnel men in the NFL and so few jobs available. His resume also doesn’t stack up all things considered compared to the other guys he made 2nd interviews with in Tenn Quote

Hes been the assistant gm here for more than a few years ( i think) on a perennial contender. Considered a “model” franchise from the outside Quote

Considered a “model” franchise from the outside He is not the assistant GM he is the director of player personnel and has that title for a 2 years, before that he was the assistant director of player personnel for two years Then the director of scouting before that for 3 years. He was a scout for 10 years before that. A lot of years but not until recently at a high level. Borzongi who got the job in Tenn was the Assistant GM for 4 years, Director of football Ops for 3, Director of player personnel for 3 years, 2 years as the assistant director of college scouting and a scout for 2 years, not to mention 2 years of other admin work. Borzongis resume is more well rounded, has done the same jobs as Gray and higher levels. GMs have a lot more on their plate than watching prospects. Gray is a good candidate but his resume lacks compared to other top guys 1 Quote

I watch those videos of the drafts, and he does a lot of work with scouting draft prospects. We are awful at drafting. If he doesnt get hired somewhere, I would look at moving on. 1 Quote
