KentuckyBillsFan Posted Monday at 04:14 PM Posted Monday at 04:14 PM Just curious what you guys think about Torrence now 2 years into his career? Quote
Antonio Posted Monday at 04:38 PM Posted Monday at 04:38 PM Started slow at the beginning of the year, but he is playing much better now. Year 3 he will be a pro bowl right guard. I feel pretty good with the right side of our O Line. 6 6 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted Monday at 04:38 PM Posted Monday at 04:38 PM Started slow this year but I feel like he really played some of his best football lately in the season. He's been a beast. The thing I like most about him is even after he beats his guy, he's still looking for work. Looking to hit someone else. 4 3 Quote
ProcessTruster Posted Monday at 04:39 PM Posted Monday at 04:39 PM last time I saw his metrics, they were super solid. yet another Beane winner. plus getting Kromer to coach them. McBeanes are killing it! 2 1 Quote
Charles Romes Posted Monday at 04:40 PM Posted Monday at 04:40 PM Bench pressed Chris Jones to beat the chiefs. 6 3 2 1 Quote
T.E. Posted Monday at 04:41 PM Posted Monday at 04:41 PM I rarely hear his name, which is good for his position 5 2 Quote

Very replaceable at this point, but maybe he makes strides. I wonder if there will be some competition for the interior positions next summer. Bills don't have a lot of depth at some positions but OL is one they do. After watching Grable move again yesterday it might be hard to justify him being on the bench. 1 1 5 4 Quote
thenorthremembers Posted Monday at 04:49 PM Posted Monday at 04:49 PM I think he is a guy who is still putting it together. Obviously has tons of size and talent, but maybe a year or two away from realizing his full potential. If you had to point to a weak link on the oline, which is very hard to do, he would be it for me. Dont misunderstand what I am saying, I dont think he is a bad player. But if I am an opposing coach and I have to target one guy on our line it would be him. That said, you cant ask for much more from a second year player who has earned a starting role and not let it go. 1 1 1 Quote
JP51 Posted Monday at 06:41 PM Posted Monday at 06:41 PM Yr 2 I thought had a couple bumps but over all progress... not all pro yet... but I think he could get there... pretty big transition for him with Conner next to him and not Mitch, totally get this adjustment ... on other off topic observation... Anderson reminds me of Conrad Dobler... just a nasty cuss... I love it. 1 1 Quote

Matt_In_NH Posted Monday at 06:46 PM Posted Monday at 06:46 PM He is really good at being available and most of the time you don't notice him. 2 minutes ago, strive_for_five_guy said: So are you saying you’d move Grable to guard to take Torrence’s role as starter? I am good with that if it makes the line better, I dont grade out the individual OL so I cant say but I trust Kromer. 1 Quote
TheyCallMeAndy Posted Monday at 06:53 PM Posted Monday at 06:53 PM I would say mediocre but slowly improving as a pass blocker, near elite as a run blocker. 1 1 Quote

Ethan in Cleveland Posted Monday at 07:11 PM Posted Monday at 07:11 PM I was hoping for ProBowl season from him this year but he really struggled for about 5 of the first 6 games. He has been much better lately especially in pass blocking. Hope he has a dominant playoff run! Quote
C.Biscuit97 Posted Monday at 07:14 PM Posted Monday at 07:14 PM I remember being with some Bills fans during his draft and this one guy went nuts when the Bills picked him. As not a big o line guy, I was shocked how excited someone would get over a 2nd round guy but he said he’s a monster and will be one of the best Gs in the nfl in a couple of years. I owe that guy a beer but he has been awesome. Great draft pick. 2 Quote
SoCal Deek Posted Monday at 07:16 PM Posted Monday at 07:16 PM He’s no Penne Sewill but according to Collinsworth, no human ever has been. Quote
