Anyone who thinks Brady will run to the Jets when they have no future, no hope and no QB, is just plain crazy........there is very little decent QB talent coming out in the next draft, so that franchise remains a sinking ship.

After what we saw from Brady this year, pay him whatever you need to get him to stay as the OC.

I'm bummed that Allen is throwing for fewer yards under Brady than he did under previous coordinators.   Although I realize that Brady isn't working with all-star receivers, I do wonder about his ability to scheme a potent passing attack.

Then again, this Bills squad scores.  A lot.  And that's what an OC is supposed to make happen.  So I agree that we should pay him whatever it takes.

But the lure of a HC job is more than just money.   It's ego, the love of a challenge, the professional gratification of running your own show, etc.  Money may not be enough to make him stay.

He’s been an amazing OC but I think I would be disappointed if I was a fan of a team that hired him. He just seems like the hot OC who would get fired in 3 years because he didn’t have Josh Allen to work with (see Daboll, Brian).

it’s why I think Ben Johnson is going to be great. Goff is good but he makes him look so much better. How hard is it to make Allen good at this point?

That Lions offensive depth chart is absolutely stacked lol idk why everyone gets hung up on the qb specifically.  outside of qb they are significantly better than us at just about every position I’d say and Goff isn’t exactly a schlub by any means.

I think Ben Johnson could easily be the hot oc that doesn’t work out also honestly.

This is because we have a running game now. I love the more balanced look Brady gives us.

I really wish that teams weren't allowed to interview playoff team staff during the playoffs. I absolutely hate that they're taking hours out of their day to prep and interview mid week.

I think it is absolute BS that these interviews can take place during the season, especially going into playoff time!

It definately can AND will, take the focus away from a candidate that has to prepare for their next game.

I'm sorry, but anyone actively in the playoffs should be HANDS OFF Until they are done with their season!

I would disrespectfully decline.

I agree & these requests need to be done after the entire season is over not be a distraction while getting ready for the play offs .

You're right of course.  But I'm greedy.  I want the running game to thrive.  But I also want Josh to pass for 5,000 yards.

I love Joe Brady but I'm not sure he's HC material and I mean that as respectfully as possible.

He’s only 35 too. He will get there soon though. We’re lucky to have him.

That’s fair too. I just think if he went to the bears and they invest in their oline, that could be a great situation. Of course the nfc North is a monster so that might discourage that.

That leaves 3 without many other candidates out there, and Brady has strong ties to the Saints.

Aaron Glenn is seen as the early favorite for the Saints job
