Expand Fair, but lets be honest leaving an OC job with JA to go to a tire fire without a QB that needs to get one in a draft that is really mediocre at QB... he has got to see that he is cannon fodder for 2 years... Bills buck up and pay him... I just cant see why he would do that... but hey, you never know... Quote

There are only 5 openings at the moment and 2 are going to Vrabel and Johnson. With Allen as your QB though it's only a matter of time. We probably have one more year then he's gone. Expand Don't be so sure. Last year everyone counted openings and said one was definitely Belichick, one was Johnson and one was Vrabel. Johnson pulled his name and those with openings passed on Billy and Vrabel. Hiring season can be cooky and a guy like Brady can pick up steam fairly quick. Quote

Sweats Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Who have the Jets slated as their "Rooney Rule" token interview? Quote
HOUSE Posted January 6 Posted January 6 (edited) Joe, don't be stupid, this is a sucker request, do you want to deal with 70,000 Jimmy Spagnolas every day ? decline and hide . Edited January 6 by HOUSE 1 Quote
DrDawkinstein Posted January 6 Posted January 6 I believe the Jets will end up with Aaron Glenn, DC of Lions. That is the only type of HC candidate they can seriously attract. A Defensive coach who is getting a bigger opportunity than he probably deserves right now. Either that or Chan Gailey might be available. Quote

C.Biscuit97 Posted January 6 Posted January 6 He’s been an amazing OC but I think I would be disappointed if I was a fan of a team that hired him. He just seems like the hot OC who would get fired in 3 years because he didn’t have Josh Allen to work with (see Daboll, Brian). it’s why I think Ben Johnson is going to be great. Goff is good but he makes him look so much better. How hard is it to make Allen good at this point? Quote
Joe Ferguson Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Now you'll see a vanilla boring offense from the Bills. Joe Brady will be thinking too much for the HC job. Quote
