It wouldn't surprise me if our game is the closest of the AFC games. Just be prepared.

Assuming we beat Denver this week, if McD beats the Ravens next week then he is the greatest coach ever. I just don't think we have the team to compete with them. Their defense is good and their offense is near unstoppable. People can hate me for that but thats how I feel.  Lamar + Henry is just too tough. Allen gonna need to carry that and thats a lot to ask.

Most I can see happening is an elevation in the Super Bowl if we're 100% healthy just to have him active and even then i'd bet we don't play him. He's Safety 6 on the Roster, brought in just to possibly get him a ring and assist the new Safety room with his vast understanding of the scheme and position.

I've said for three weeks it's a PR stunt.

I guess he is a good practice resource.

In a way, Baltimore coming in looking unstoppable could lessen the pressure on Buffalo next week. No one will be expecting the Bills to win, assuming we can get past the Broncos

I wouldnt say unbeatable. I mean I know I said unstoppable. It takes a herculean effort though. Also, how weird is it that we as the 2 seed got a tougher matchup than Baltimore with the 3 seed.

I brought up something similar in the other thread, but, making it more Bills specific, I think you have to track meet them. Hope for a couple key stops. Provided we win our game, fortunately, we’ve got a QB that can do that. Might just be one of those games of whoever has the ball last.

Seeing as the other two were blowouts this is not exactly a bold prediction. I think the Bills can definitely hang with the Ravens. Probably a very close ballgame

Depends on what happens tomorrow really. Bills win big, they’re favored. Line won’t be huge either way.

So seems like nothing really is gonna change after today.   Bills road to the SB is still Broncos, Ravens, Chiefs.    And KC gets a gift wrapped championship game to ensure they’re healthy and well rested.

Unfortunately no surprises. Pretty much exactly as expected. Didn’t think Houston would win but Chargers wouldn’t have been much of a tough out either. 2 and 3 pretty much guaranteed we would see the Ravens. Is what it is, have to beat who’s in front of you.

I have what I think is fair as a question:

 

Why does the #2 seed get screwed for scheduling?

 

Last year AND this year the #3 seed was scheduled for Saturday while the #2 seed is scheduled for Sunday. Last year we got extra screwed because weather pushed that game to Monday.

 

It should be that every single year the 2 seed gets one extra day rest to play the 3 seed now that they took away the bye.

 

Whatever. Just win tomorrow.

To beat the Ravens you have to get some stops AND have an offense that has a chance at outscoring them.  Pittsburgh did not have that offense (not even close).  Our offense is capable of making a game of it.   First we need to get past Denver tomorrow.  Go Bills!
