Different QB , so im not so sure. Nix can move pretty well. Maybe he does hold onto it some like Darnold though. It’s not necessarily the right strategy. Probably try to disguise things a lot.

That is spot-on! ^^^  When the Bills got a big lead against the Lions, they were aggressive. When they reverted to their soft zone it allowed the Lions to come back. If they get the chance, keep the pressure on!

Bills path to victory is confusing Nix with coverages and forcing him to turn it over. He’s a rookie and McDermott’s scheme seems to do pretty well historically vs rookies.

 

Allen should be able to throw on them, Broncos are 26th against the pass. Broncos do get a decent amount of picks, so need to take care of the ball.

Honestly partially that happened when injuries hit in game and Spector had to come into the game and the Lions started abusing him in coverage

Probably wanted the game to be at the warmest time of the day(relatively speaking) in Buffalo. I like the Sunday 1pm games.....no need to have to anxiously await the game all day.

 

Fun Broncos fact: Bo Nix has the shortest name in NFL history at 5 letters......and that's all I got on the Broncos!😂

Last year was great...the game plan worked to near perfection...hold the ball and keep KC's offense off the field to protect their D that was allowing over 10 yards a play.

 

Bills led almost the whole game. Just didn't quite work well enough...an extra half second to not have Dawkins shoved into his shoulder might have resulted in a different story.

True. But to me, that's the time to keep the pressure on. The soft crap wasn't working, other than bleeding the clock. Dangerous game. Bills held the score with 8 guys in the box and 1 deep safety on many plays. I loved the scheme. Bills don't do it enough.

Which i’m fine with.  Bills get to stick to their normal Sunday-Sunday schedule.  If they win, any extra rest for Baltimore would be eaten up because they’d have to travel on Saturday afternoon while the Bills are home getting treatements or doing a walk through.

 Broncos D has been fading since the start of the year lately...

 

Were averaging allowing over 400 yards the past month, they likely are about to get steamrolled.

Nix has been terrific but he is a bit of a gunslinger. Like early allen style.  There will be opportunities for INTs and the DBs need to take advantage.
