Sean McDermott is on with Sal and here is what he has to say about injuries.

Codrington is questionable with the hamstring.  Ingram is back with the team after having a new baby.

everyone else is good.

awesome re Ingram. I was worried about him. He is really turning into a great STer and obviously great depth guy at corner.

Remember how Miami beat Denver last season 70-20?  The Bills need to come out and do something like that!

Actually, for this entire playoffs, I think Josh and the offense need to take control and make the Bills defense just a side note.  Take the games out of the defense' hands.

We are undefeated at home for a reason. The Mafia will be there, in post season form.

that extra flight was probably for the Bills fans that now live in Denver.

Ha anything is possible.

I hear ya. Josh be like “Don’t worry about forcing punts, just get me two takeaways and I’ll do the rest”

The Bills will never do that.  They would pull the starters in the late 3rd or 4th quarter and go vanilla to try and keep players healthy for next week.

I think pundits are saying the Bills have all the pressure because this is the 5th consecutive playoffs for them.  They need to take care of business and make it to the championship game.   And due to a weird break in the space time continuum, the Broncos defense have transmogrified into the ‘85 Bears and no one can score on them.  Did you know they also have a DB that literally covers half the field.. I mean you don't even look at the side of the field he's on because he will smite you.

And yet their pass defense ranks 26th

I think Kincaid and Cook can have big days

I like to look at the facts. And, the facts tell us the Bills are the better team, healthy and at home. We have more playoff experience, we're an 8-9 pt favorite. But most of all we have the MVP at QB and they have a rookie.  The media is just doing it's thing. Sometimes they break wrong and go against the facts. Nothing you can do except look at the facts.

Easier said than done, especially in the playoffs. A 1 point win will do.

Bills will take care of business against Denver. McD is good against rookie QBs. I think he and Babitch will be able to confuse Nix enough to make him hesitate and make some mistakes. Nix doesn't have a lot of experience against Cover 2 and our zone schemes.

With the team we currently have I think the strategy is to get up early to give our turnover dependent D a better chance to get some stops. I'd even understand not deferring if we win the toss (and I usually like to defer every single time).

I still think D wins Championships and for us to win our D is going to have to go on a heater and get TOs each game. I don't think it's realistic but hey, that's why we play the games.

Yep. I hear you.   In their last two games vs teams that actually tried to beat Denver (Bengals and Chargers),  Burrow and Herbert were a combined 62 for 80, 696 yards, 5 TDs, 1 Int.  and 1 rushing TD.

That sure sounds like the Broncos have an impregnable defense.

Yes, Pat Surtain is an all pro DB and their defence IS good. Thats a fact. And the Bills DO have "all the pressure." They lose and its catastrophic, will result in complete tumult in the entire Bills ecosphere and will probably cost the coach his job. The Broncos lose and literally nothing happens.

I hear that, but once the clock is 0:00 who cares. We celebrate either way. Im in the NYC area and have a TON of friends who are Giants fans and I can assure you NOT ONE gives a rat's behind that they won Super Bowl 25 the way they did.

oh i get it.   The Bills are the better team.  They should absolutely win this game, and I think easily.   Now, Denver is a good team… they made the playoffs afterall. We all know that any team can win on any week.  And certainly Denver can upset us.   But, its surprising to me how so many people are talking about this game.    Someone actually talked about a potential shootout and wondered if Buffalo's offense would be able to keep pace?!   Like seriously wtf.    I'm going to stop watching the game coverage today… its been abysmal.

Why is the national media so widely saying this could be the upset of the weekend.

What am I not seeing?

I really can't believe more aren't talking about that Ravens vs Steelers matchup.

I think we’re on the more upset alert than the Ravens.  The Steelers look like dog poop and are reeling.  I would be shocked if they pulled the upset.

imo here is how I rank the teams on upset alert this weekend:

1 Texans

2 Vikings

3 Bucs

4 Bills

5 Ravens

6 Eagles

Steelers won the first matchup vs the Ravens, and the 2nd matchup had a pick 6, Wilson fumbling at the 5 yard line, and the Ravens fumbling 3 times and recovering all of them. I bet it’s a close game.

Ravens might benefit from turnovers again like they did in the second matchup (14+ point swing), but I doubt it.

They aren’t the same team that won the first game.  Wilson has regressed to what he was in Denver
