I don't get the hype for the Broncos. 

 

I don't want to underestimate them, but they've given up some major yards to teams we are better than. 

 

Their D and ability to shut down high powered offenses is suspect. 

 

If you ask me they've feasted off bad to lousy teams in a few select performances. 

 

Indy was beating them into the 4th quarter....

I can live with mistakes, I can live with maybe a bad playoff performance on defense. But I can't deal with just sitting back and letting the offense do whatever they want. 

 

I want to see a level of intensity and aggression on defense that resembles a defensive unit that is going to philosophically put everything on the table. 

 

As cliche as it sounds, whatever you fear is usually what you will manifest. Go into this playoff fearless and live with the results 

Agree that we all want the defense to perform better.

 

Circumstances dictate results too.  And we are finally the healthiest we can be on that side of the ball.

 

That said, we need our Dline to step up.  Ed, Daquon, Von, AJE-these are high paid vets and if they play poorly it won't matter what McD and Babich scheme up.  We need to win with 4 man pressures, more than we have been.  Our secondary just isn't built with enough speed to play an aggressive/live by the sword die by the sword approach. 

 

It all sounds great, but the rah rah toward coaching is a small part of it.  Front 4 has been our demise for a while, mixing in LY with missing our LBs vs KC.

Agree OBL is hard to listen to. I may be the outlier but i don't mind schopp and the bulldog. The thing that bothers me a little is when you can hear their annoyance at being asked "how are you".

Heard him on GR yesterday. It was a little odd. He said he thinks Buffalo wins, but he doesn’t love the matchup for the Bills and Denver has a shot to pull an upset.

But seriously, I don’t mind Schopp and the Bulldog either.  The younger guys who are on most mornings as well as gamedays, though, are a tough listen.   They sound like they’re on speed, and always talk over one another.

Some folks saying they don't love the matchup....again I don't get it. 

 

Bills good at pass blocking , Denver good sack team.  ( We have performed against several good pass rush teams) 

 

BTW Josh good to great vs blitz and when outside pocket. 

 

Denver can't run much.

 

Denver D has lock down corner who can negate elite outside WRs. Bills don't have this and spread the ball around. 

 

Denver D weak over middle. Bills biggest strength ; saavy slot guy, pass catching RBs and 2 good TEs.

 

Rookie QB who does turnover the ball a lot. Never played in playoffs or in Buff in cold. 

 

I also feel that 23 Broncos game sticks in these guys craw and will be motivation. Bills will be fired up. 

 

There's more from that game- like we ran for 190 yards and Ed Oliver got some good penetration and got the better of powers.

I am interested to know what others think of Kincaid and the potential of him having a decent game on Sunday.

 

My desire is for him to be an impact player and have 75+ receiving yards.

 

After his midseason injury is he still TE1? Or has Knox taken that role?

 

I just want the guy to flourish and be the mismatch we desired him to be.

Detroit took Cooper away as he didn't even get a target.  How did that work out for the Lions D?  Your point is spot on and if anything is understated.  No team in the playoffs is less reliant on a single skill player then the Bills.
