It's the reason why "team reporters" is a misnomer.  They're just the NFL version of Baghdad Bob.

it's why he took the job as team reporter and not just wgr dude.

wgr continues to go downhill regardless. the two in the morning aren't bad. i only listen to maybe an hour or so a day.

i can't listen to the afternoon guys - the jowls guy who's always so self righteous and the other guy who gets spoken over and serves as fodder. big fat guy just runs his mouth.   btw not sure if he is fat or what, he just sounds unhealthy.

I remember watching that game live. Talk about how fast a game can change and momentum can be a hard force to stop once it gets going! This is a reason playing at home is an advantage.

That Denver game (in particular, the blocked FG return) was the defining moment in the Bills franchise’s history, I would argue.

I would say it was the moment they were born if you will.  After that game the team had a certain swagger where they always knew they could win even when they played like crap for the first 3 quarters.  Not the defining moment...I would say defining moments came later.

Bulldog? One of them keeps boasting about that weight loss program they were on.

I refuse to listen to One Bills Live. There is zero discussion of the team beyond propaganda and phone calls from 70 year olds about how this is the best team they’ve ever seen

he doesn't honestly report anymore which is why i am over him. he has admitted there are things he can and cannot talk about that he is aware of but can only discuss what is permitted in order not to alienate himself.

he'd rather be in with the cool kids than do the job of an honest reporter.

Sal is the absolute worst.

He is a net negative to Buffalo reporting.

Even if I lived in Buffalo I wouldn't listen to those morons.  Local talk/sports radio blows no matter where you are.

I get all of my Bills news here, The Buffalo News, or through Twitter/X.

I'd love to see a comparison of the injury reports in other years going into the playoffs...this is crazy to see how healthy this team is now.

I listen to Sirius a lot. Gannon was terrible at first but great now.  Booger McFarland is unlistenable. He's never right and bumbles and stumbles every message in shouting voice.

I like the 3 LB idea but 5 man rush with a spy is pretty limiting from a coverage perspective. It’s essentially cover 0. 5 man rush with cover 3 behind could work but you’re really stressing those front line defenders if he breaks contain.

I clumsily explained it, what I meant was rush with 4 and have a spy who would also rush at the right moment making it 5.

Right, I forgot about the Sirius NFL channel.  I give that a little bit of a listen.  I agree, Gannon is pretty good and I like listening to Kirwan, but I can't stand that mushmouth partner of his, Jim Miller.  Just awful.  Talk about a guy who should never be allowed to speak in public.

That's Schopp.  Awaken 180...some "miracle new program".

Honest to God, losing weight is simple, but it's not easy because it requires discipline. I dropped 80 lbs in a year last year(245-165).

- Eliminate refined sugars/sugary drinks/HFCS

- Drink a lot of water

- Eat single ingredient foods

- Prioritize Protein to 1-1.2g/lb of body weight

- Walk 10K+ steps a day

- Resistance Train 3-4x/ week.

If people did these things consistently the weight would fall off them as if by magic.

agreed on miller. kirwan is great. i enjoy ross tucker most times.

any of the players sessions or those times where the players get the shows to interview each other is awful.
