What I’m saying is that they may “no show” like the Bills did in Jacksonville. The Broncos gave everything to get here. The Bills were just happy to be there. The Broncos may show up in the same way. If they do, the Bills blow them out. The Bills were emotionally exhausted after getting the play offs in 2017, having to fight off a Dolphins comeback then waiting around to find out how Baltimore’s game played out. That degree of being spent bled through to the game against the Jags. In comparison, the Broncos practically cemented their play off place in the first two drives, so the game became a no stress party. Quote

Fair They did have to wait until about halftime, of week 18 to feel safe. They’ve been pressing for months. The exhaustion isn’t much different. They haven’t been to the playoffs in years. Quote

Brand J Posted Monday at 11:00 PM Posted Monday at 11:00 PM On Codrington, they never should’ve had their only reliable KR playing CB snaps. Didn’t like it when he was in against the Jets either. Denver was a blocked FG away from beating the Chiefs in Arrowhead. I fully expect them to arrive on a mission. 2 Quote

I didn’t follow the Broncos game closely to the very end - I assume they were able to pull the starters? And I don’t think the presence of a SB winning coach can be underestimated either. 1 Quote

I do find it quite entertaining at how upset people get because he doesn’t give straight answers. I don’t really understand why people think any coaches are going to give straight answers or why they feel entitled to it Edited Monday at 11:28 PM by Ya Digg? 1 Quote

When he's focused and motivated, it doesn't matter how good the other Defense is. He will find ways to make plays. Denver's strength is in their pass rush. But our guy is the best in the NFL at avoiding sacks. I would be absolutely shocked if we don't put at least 25-30 points on them. On the other side of the ball, I fully expect our Defense to have some issues (like they have all season). But if Sean McDermott/Bobby Babich can't figure out how to at least slow down a rookie QB in his first NFL playoff game... then we need to seriously consider moving on from this coaching staff in the offseason. A defensive staff can't ask for a better matchup in the 1st Round of the postseason. Its not Josh I worry about. Its Coleman dropping a first down pass or Cook dropping a sure TD or Bass missing FGs/XPs and things like that. 1 Quote

I counter this weak arm notion with That last throw was the longest pass of the season in the NFL in terms of air yards. Quote

The Payton point is fair. He’s coached a lot of playoff games. I guess, said differently, I like playing a team that is thrilled to be in the playoffs vs. one that expects to be there. They’ve waited years for this. They’ve already accomplished their goal. That’s a plus for the Bills IMO. Quote

I’m reminded of the Dolphins play off game in 2022, where they were just relieved to make it and didn’t think they had a chance with Skylar Thompson at QB, then only lost by three. Though I accept their were extenuating circumstances for the Bills performance that post season. Quote
