Its not my fault. I made a new post but when you do so within a certain timeframe the forum automatically merges your posts if noone else has posted after you yet.  Honestly though, Nick has been a Bills and Allen supporter pretty much all year. He was one of the few that didnt buy into the media stupidity of us going 3rd in the division and missing the playoffs. Broussard on the other hand has been living off that H2H matchup between Ravens and Bills all season.

Not sure. I don't follow the Broncos all that much. They did play tougher teams though I think. Like the Bengals.

The Broncos last played AZ in 2022

The Bills of course opened the season in AZ but, we only sacked Murray 4 times.  Most Murray was sacked this season was 5x

I dunno what to make of that....if you happened to do something like that for the Bills D including the Rams and Lions games, we'd look like we fell off a cliff, I guess?

The national media needs an upset of the week story to talk about. Nothing more. Nothing less. This is the one that gets the most attention because it is a very popular player on a team that isn't well known against the backdrop of many other games which are easy to predict the outcome.

Riley moss their starting corner for some games, but that's about it.

 

If you recall the browns game when Jeudy went off- Moss was out that game and Levi Wallace was replacing him. Got absolutely torched

if we are just looking at how the season ended, post the rams game the bills D has actually been opportunistic, i'll chalk up the 4th quarter vs detroit as playing too soft with back up back ups.  sadly allowing drives to the jets and NE, but righting the ship and dropping the hammer when needed, and moving the ball at will except vs NE where they were kinda playing turtle.

 

denver was in must win mode, and their d allowed a sad number of yards.  i fully expect allen to go off and just chug the ball down the field like an on time train.

So none of us know for sure if the final punt return was where Codrington injured himself (though Bangedup Bills commented limping slightly afterwards)   He might have injured himself on one of his other 8 ST snaps or his 27 snaps as a CB and aggravated it there.  He might not have realized he was hurt vs just shaking off a hit until it started to stiffen up a couple days later

 

Codrington said yesterday after practice that his hammy tightened up on the very last punt return. Said "we'll see" about going Sunday.

Ever since the NFL expanded the number of playoff spots, and stripped the bye from the 2 seeds..."Super Wildcard Weekend" has been more of a "Wildcard Weekend + a dumpster fire game where the 2 Seed kicks the ***** out of a slapdick team that shouldn't be in the playoffs".

 

The League's orbit of "influencers" and media sock puppets is just doing their job.

Interesting numbers that Kevin Massare posted on twitter regarding Pat Surtain/Benford. National media all over giving Surtain defensive player of the year award.

 

Surtain: 37 catches allowed on 52 targets (71%), 7 forced incompletions, 5 pass break ups and 317 yards given up....PRETTY GOOD

 

Benford: 31 catches allowed on 51 targets (60%), 8 forced incompletions, 5 pass break ups and 279 yards given up...OHHHH???

 

Not detracting from Surtain at all, dude is an absolute unit...but, wild that Benford doesn't get his flowers.
