Yeah how could they let go of a guy that won 4 games as head coach, the 4th an utter disaster in that it cost the 3 draft spots.  We like go clown on McD for bad game management but this is like an order of magnitude worse than anything he's done

I'm assuming you're trolling here bc any other explanation would require that you're pretty dumb

Believe what you want

Racist bull#### again.

Black head coach gets one year and then is labeled as difficult. Just like Brian Flores.

Another white retread will get hired after a sham Rooney rule interview.

Is this purposefully ignoring the fact that he was hired in the first place?

Teams never learn, don’t let a guy you plan to fire coach the last meaningless game.. they will win just to screw you.

I’ve never been happier for a Bills loss (other than wanting them to lose to go up in the draft during the draught.

The Pats talked Mayo up like he was the new face of the franchise and gave him one 4-13 season with possibly the worst roster in the NFL, the definition of an empty pantry.  That is dysfunction right there.

Dysfunction is one way of seeing it

Didn't read the whole thread, and I don't have a good memory, but wasn't Vrabel available last year?

He was, but apparently Mayo was the hoodie succession plan that Bobby Rub and Tugs honored.

Yea this is what I don’t get ? Vrabel was available last year unless they wanted to give Mayo a chance. Still that’s a big risk if the guy you want is there to be had. I’d rather have Vrabel in NE than a food OC type to work with Maye and whichever weapon they draft at 4

They gave him one of the worst rosters in the NFL, a rookie qb, and he won as many games as the greatest coach ever did the year before. Literally, they gave him no chance.

I hate that entitled, crybaby fanbase. Hopefully, they will stay irrelevant.

They literally gave him no chance to win. It’s going to the be the way with pierce in LV. Meanwhile, losers like Dennis Allen get 2 teams to suck on.

He probably didn't want to come if you ask me.  He knew they were in a rebuild and didn't want to start with that.

They still are, but have draft capital and even more money now.
