Solomon has flashed a bit. I’d like to see a bit more from our interior DL.

Milton was 6-6 for 51 yards in tthe last drive with a keeper

He does. 200 k if he gets another 80 yards or less.

Still doesn’t answer why he’s waving his hand, unless it’s “keep me in coach”.

Only thing I can think is it is directed to family/friends - it definitely seems like he was directing to someone/someplace in particular

so is joe brady just an elite play caller or what? trubisky just looked dialed in, flawless, on that TD drive surrounded by backups.

Anyone that you're keeping an eye on?  I don't have much faith in this team's ability to scout DL.  They've got a nose for serviceable starters...that's sorta it.

Well... It's SO tough because who knows who is going to fall... But right now my early hope would be that Walter Nolan fell to us. I think knowing the Bills, they are going to be higher on Jack Sawyer than some teams... Landon Jackson and Derrick Harmon are possibilities at the end of the 1st... I like all those players tbh... Maybe not love, but definitely like... If they want to move up a little Kenneth Grant is something we simply do-not-have.

I would not sleep on CB or even S at the end of the 1st either... CB because of need, and Safety because man, there are a LOT of good looking Safeties in this Draft... Like REAL good looking Safeties. And they tend to slide.

It's preseason scheme on both sides

Trubisky was good on that drive.

He's a guy with some brains and physical skills like Allen, but a lower level.  A little smaller, a little less of a thrower, a little less of a runner.  But still, compared to most QBs, he's more like Allen than most NFL QBs.  I think that makes him the ideal backup for the Bills.  And he looked it on that drive. He looked like someone who can the offense the way the Allen runs it, without the Hall of Fame production of Allen.
