The last thing I want is Josh to have his 4th OC in 5 years. Especially when Brady seems to have taken a fairly large step forward. I watched him start here in Clt under Rhule and he was not good. It would appear that his understanding of the NFL game is growing. I’m still not enamored with some of his games but then he has others where the scheme looks excellent. This is not something I can say for our Defensive scheme 8 years in. 1 Quote

But Rech looked like he had no interest in his job in Carolina. Miserable and uninterested. Yes, a bad organization, but he took that job and then looked like he did not care. He did not know how to get the most of his players and the offense was a disaster that showed no signs of improving. No way do the Bills bring in a coach who may be done as a coach in the league to coach their dynamic offense. Loved him as a Bill, but I think he does not have what it takes to coach anymore. 1 Quote

Bills had asked him to be QB coach prior to Brady coming aboard. Very good relationship with Josh and worked past 2 years under Payton in Denver. This is a good thought. He and Josh got along great, iirc. 1 Quote

We would have an offensive HC and need not worry about different OC's every season. Plus, the organization is familiar with him. This narrative is hysterical when at a quick glance, more than half of the coaching hires the past two seasons have not been offensive-minded 😂 Being a Head Coach is not just about calling the plays Edited Sunday at 03:28 PM by JGMcD2 Quote

T master Posted Sunday at 03:50 PM Posted Sunday at 03:50 PM Given what Brady has done in allowing the offense to be built around Josh one would think that Terry wouldn't let him out of the door and would want him on the team at the very least until the team goes into the new stadium . The Pegs have to pay more for the cost over runs so if they pay a bit more to keep a OC that is doing historical things in the league with the personal he has and 10+ draft picks it wouldn't be a very good business decision to let this guy walk ... Get another really good D linemen & another good pass rusher like a Hendrickson out of the draft if there is one no telling what this team can do with the depth they have on the practice squad in the WR's and O line . GoBills! Posted Sunday at 03:52 PM Posted Sunday at 03:52 PM I don’t think Brady leaves unless it’s a good spot. Ben Johnson can basically kick a coach out of his job at this point because he stayed and showed what he can do with the Lions. Ben will take the job he wants, Brady isn’t there yet. People are aware Josh makes others look better. Jets - pass Raiders - pass Pats - Pass Browns - Pass Titians - Maybe Saints - Maybe Bears - Maybe Cowboys - Maybe none of these are teams that can win 10 games next season with the right coach besides maybe Dallas depending on Dak. 1 Quote

Imagine the posts here after he goes an entire half in the season opener without running once I agree with those who say Brady should do what Johnson did (should the Bills not win a SB this year) and stay there to 'take care of unfinished business'. The team has a decent amount of draft picks and more cap money to spend so they can take things up a notch and be even better next season - maybe even bag the 1 seed. This season everyone is talking about Johnson, with good reason, this time next year it could be Brady at the forefront of all those conversations. Quote

And give those folks any little bit of anything they will continue to B***H no matter what ! They would rather change just for the sake of change so they can continue to B***H rather than see exactly what is happening in front of their face ! Can you imagine if Pegs would have fired McD & Pederson would have came in and done what he has done here to the Jags ??? Just saying . Quote

The Jokeman Posted Sunday at 06:01 PM Posted Sunday at 06:01 PM Would McDermott go after Mike McCoy again or do we roll the dice on Davis Webb? Or a former HC like McCarthey or Pederson? Quote
