scuba guy Posted Saturday at 11:19 PM Posted Saturday at 11:19 PM This one is easy Jeff Nixon Don't even need to send the jet, jet drive down route 90. And grap the qb from su at the same time: you know a little double dip. 1 Quote

I also think even if he isn't he could sit out a year, getting paid, and walk into a HC job the following year. 44 minutes ago, Beast said: It will be someone in the building already. Nihilarian Posted Saturday at 11:40 PM Posted Saturday at 11:40 PM I'd agree with @hondo in seattle that I'd be shocked if Brian Daboll gets hired back in Buffalo for any reason. As long as we are throwing out "maybes" like Browns HC Kevin Stephanski. I'd like to add Bengals HC Zak Taylor and 49ers HC Kyle Shanahan. Looking at what Joe Brady has done for this Bills team recently and that the run game has made a huge comeback to NFL offenses I'd be surprised if Joe doesn't get any offers. NY Giants first because of the connection to Ex Buffalo FO Joe Schoen. Raiders, Jags, Cowboys, Colts, Patriots. I'd hate to see the guy go to the NE Patriots. 3 Quote

Former player of Jaguars fame, smart and has gotten a lot out of Goff. I’m assuming he will follow Ben Johnson wherever he ends up. Coaching Josh Allen might change his mind and get him a HC sooner though. I hope Brady stays, some continuity would do wonders for the Bills but HC opportunities for assistants coaching elite QBs is an annoying byproduct of success. https://www.detroitlions.com/team/coaches-roster/mark-brunell With a defensive first HC it’s unlikely we will ever have the continuity on offense we would like. If you’re OC of an Allen led offense and you aren’t getting HC interviews by year 2 you likely shouldn’t be here 35 minutes ago, Nihilarian said: I'd agree with @hondo in seattle that I'd be shocked if Brian Daboll gets hired back in Buffalo for any reason. Shanny and Taylor, I would think, absolutely get another HC gig if they get fired. Especially if the projected 7 open up. Right now it’s 3. 1 Quote

BigDingus Posted Sunday at 12:35 AM Posted Sunday at 12:35 AM Since the Bills seem to prefer hiring internally, it'll be someone already on the team. Probably a random positional coach. But the Bills should just pay Brady whatever he wants & promise him the HC position if McDermott blows it & gets fired. Quote

The possibility of no stability in the offensive coaching room because they'll be headhunted (or, in Dorsey's case, fired for not meeting expectations). What's the odds on the Bills following the pattern from before and promoting Ronald Curry? Yay....Josh's 4th OC in 5 years. Can't wait. A new offensive playbook every year. Yay.... 3 Quote
