They failed. Trump was elected because he promised he could. You bought it. I knew he was full of *****. If he's talking it's nothing but lies and bull#### coming out so it was easy to fighters that out. Let's see if he can keep his promises lol? I can give you the short version. NO *****EN CHANCE IN HELL!

If he can't, oh well.  Biden failed miserably with Wuhan virus.  But at least he'll have gotten that pathetic Admin out of Office.

Who said he was?  But unlike Biden, he didn't have vaccines or treatments for it.  And had the same number of deaths in his first 9 months.

Trump left him a mess to deal with. No one alive could clean up that mess trump left. But I'm not here to defend Biden over that. I listened to medical people and tried to make the best possible choice for my family I could. I didn't listen to Trump, Biden or any other politician. If anybody listened to a politician during that time they got what they deserved.

You should continue to assess voter choice utilizing the type of rudimentary analysis.  It worked very well the second time he was elected.

Broken promises win elections?  No, promises made to be broken win elections.

I'm not here to say Trump did great with the pandemic.  What I've been consistent in saying (and this was before Biden proved it after he became President) is that the pandemic would have been just as bad, if not worse, had a Dem been President in 2020.

They sure made it sound like they'd fix it.  In 4 months, when Kamala was President and would be in power...

I would have loved to hear a specific plan from either party HOW they were going to fix it, and that would have made informed voting much easier.  We honestly didn't hear of many plans at all, and more specifically, we didn't hear detailed explanations of why those plans would be effective.  Heck, they have yet to explain why these things happened in the first place.

That I'm not going to argue with you about.

Where I think Trump lost it is when he realized it was tanking the economy and could cost him the election, it seemed like he wanted to wash his hands from it at that point. Up till then I thought he was doing about as good as anyone outside of his bleech comment. I'm sure firing the pandemic response team before the pandemic was not a good move, I'm sure the dems would not have done that. Makes me wonder what agency he will cut now with dovetail will come back to bite us in the ass.

That's because neither side had a plan. They are all full of *****.

I've said it all along, price gouging. Why do people think so many companies have record profits? Why has Wall Street been on fire? I just hope people wrung so into politics that they didn't invest. More investors becoming millionaires now!

Trump said he was going to reduce energy prices and fix supply chains.  The other side talked about price controls and waiting until Harris was President because apparently being VP with an absentee P absolved her of doing anything until then.

Yes and that's why he was pushing to open it fast.  The Dems would have done the same.  As for the pandemic response team, there's nothing they would have been able to do.  It was reformed during Biden's Admin and variants kept getting in and wreaking havoc.

It wasn't all price gouging, but it should really open people's eyes that during tough times the people suffered, and many corps made record profits.  Instead of being angry about that fact, people just played partisan politics, just like they wanted them to.

Drill baby drill is a GQP sound byte that makes the GQP voter crank the Frank Lutz dummy controller all the way up.  Oil prices are right in the sweet spot, where the companies that control them like it.

And price controls are a sound byte that gets libs wet but would lead to the destruction of the economy.

‘GQP’ still does it for you, huh?  Very lame. Billstime would be proud of you.

Truth.  Fact is the real deep state has your representatives, and in effect the people by the balls.  If the government did find ways to make costs cheaper for suppliers/producers, there's absolutely no reason for them to pass them on down to consumers.  It will simply be passed on to shareholders as increased profits, which furthers wealth inequality.  There's a big problem here, and there's a massive sucking sound people ignore as they enjoy their consumable products, while going deeper into debt.  I honestly don't think there is a solution beyond actually controlling monopolies and fostering more competition, which is nearly impossible.

Even the republican party itself admits that the old school GOP is a problem, so a new anachronym is needed.  Why not GQP?

Exactly that's what always bothered me. People played politics while these companys flew under the radar making record profits laughing all the way to the bank. The problem was never going to be solved if blame wasn't placed where it belonged. So I invested. It was the only way to get even.

Drill baby drill is laughable also. The oil companies will not drill if it is not profitable for them and it is not always profitable.
