How does Von even get credit for a half sack, let alone a full one? He barely touches Maye, then Maye loses his balance and another Bill tackles him. Von immediately ran off celebrating in order to convince the official scorer. Wierd play all the way around? 1 4 Quote
DJB Posted Monday at 01:32 PM Posted Monday at 01:32 PM Von is not good, he’s washed. Hopefully he’s cut and we bring in a real edge guy like Garrett or Crosby . 1 1 Quote

I thought the same. He burned his guy, but only got a hand on Drake. Seemed more like a pressure than a sack. 1 Quote
DapperCam Posted Monday at 03:19 PM Posted Monday at 03:19 PM Imagine being the desk jockey in the league office making a regular person salary with the power to take $1.5m away from Miller by changing this from a sack to a half sack. They retroactively adjust game stats all the time for errors, just saying… 1 1 Quote

He's a vet/leader the FO wanted for a while and love having on the team. They'll cut him that check even if the stat gets changed. And then hopefully cut him in the Spring. 1 Quote

BobbyC81 Posted Monday at 09:51 PM Posted Monday at 09:51 PM That was kind of a cheap sack Miller got for his incentive. He got a hand on the QB, who got away, then ran onto his O-lineman and fell down. There was one earlier in the year where Von wrapped up a QB, another Bill came over and grabbed on and it was scored a team sack. I guess it all balances out. Quote

Garrett or Crosby are wishful thinking, but we agree on one thing, Non is done, and should become a former Bill at some point this off-season. Quote

Probably similar to this from the quoted. "He was injured when the Broncos (in the midst of his first known domestic abuse investigation) fleeced the Rams out of a 2nd and a 3rd to get him out of the building pronto. The Rams would let him go after half a season, despite a SB win." I know nobody is trading a 2nd and 3rd to win a SB, when clearly the Rams were and did. Also, they didnt 'get rid of him'. They went all in at the tradeline knowing hed be a rental. Go ask Ram fans or the front office if that trade was worth it! 2 Quote

He should be focused on SB’s Career earnings aside, we have no idea what his financial situation looks like. Athletes aren't the most financially literate folks in the world. Quote
Man with No Name Posted yesterday at 01:04 AM Posted yesterday at 01:04 AM it was a bit of a weak sack, but if you watch it in slow-mo, it's apparent that it's von sack. i thought it was extremely questionable watching live. went back in multiple times, and when it posted to youtube, i watched at half speed. The Bills basically gave up a 3rd for a half season of Amari Cooper. If the Bills win the Super Bowl in part because of Cooper, nobody will deny it was worth it. 2 Quote

Or is it all built on regardless at contract signing? Depends on how the contracts are wrote. Some are included in the cap hit and a lot are not. All this gets hashed out at the end of the season and an "adjustment" plus or minus is made to next year's cap. Quote

T master Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I listened to a bit of his post game interview and he said he wasn't even thinking about it yah right ! Seeing as it happened so early in the game maybe Beane should structure more contracts that have those kind of incentives . Have a base pay of say $2 mill and then for every sack $1.5 mill going forward i bet that would bring another hole type of production from players . Quote
