I’m happy Von had that last sack for his incentive, and now Cook had his TD record for a season TD.  I don’t think he’s breaking 1000 but not paying that close attention.  It’s been a nice game, and if we get that Gilliam or other TD reception, that would be a nice seal.

I'm all for players hitting these incentives. Makes them happy and hopefully that positivity translates to the team. Not like Terry's going to use the money to make the Sabres better.

True, he also did this franchise a big time solid by taking a pay cut to lower the cap space. Good for Von, need that the next 4 weeks

If I read correctly, by taking that pay cut he lost far far less money when he got suspended. It wasn't some favor to the team or remorse for him making too much. It worked out better for him, so he did it.

Wondering if that ends up getting stat corrected to a half sack since he touched Maye but never wrapped him and before Maye fell down another Bills player also contacted him

This. It wasn't some altruistic gesture towards the team, he had his own interests in mind.

The PLAYERS ON THE TEAM WANT the players to earn their incentives... it wasn't just Von. The celebrations for incentives were obvious.

It definitely should be only a 1/2 sack at best. To me he shouldn't get credit at all for that sack....

If this what floats their boats, which it does, I’m all for it. The biggest prize is the SB for all of them. They shower themselves with football love every game day.
