In a game where many starters will be rested, what young player are you most interested to see play?

There are a few good candidates, but I'm going to go with Sedrick Van Pran Granger....I think the Bills view him as a future starter at the Center position(so do I), and I think a good start this week could be a solid foundation for pushing for a starting role as early as next season...if the Bills would be willing to move McGovern back to LG.

 

Which younger player are you looking forward to getting extended playing time this week??

On offense, I'm looking forward to see how the second string O-line plays, especially Van Pran Granger. And it'd be fun to watch Gore Jr. if he gets the call-up.

 

On defense, I'd like to see how Cine looks, assuming he gets the call-up.

I'd like to see Gore Jr. Have Josh give him one handoff. How many QBs have handed the ball to father and son?

See what Jamarcus Ingram does with more playing time. He started hot with a couple of INTs then hasn’t been noticeable.

The Bills won't be messing with this oline in the summer. It has been the star of the team aside from Josh Allen in 2024 and all five guys are under contract for next season. They are running it back untouched IMO.

On offense, I will keep an eye on the offensive line.  Grable and SVPG in particular. The fact Grable passed up Vandemark before the injury when Vandemark has always looked solid in games shows some talent. 

 

On defense, keeping an eye on Cole and Solomon.  I think both could be in line for significant playing time next year.

Definitely Buffalo Joe, but I want to see what DT Carter can do as well. I’m sure we are looking at big DTs in the offseason

You won't get any disagreement on that last opinion.  When I look at next year's need, I always come away thinking Beane has done a very good job of setting up a solid 2-year SB run.  The only serious issue on O is keeping/replacing Cooper (IMO). On D, they'll have to figure out what to do with Rasul's spot, but mostly the issue is depth at all positions. [I'll ignore any questions about Von for now, as he is on the roster.]

I think he's out of call-ups. He was called up for Texans, Colts & Jets.  Of course you could IR Samuel

I have 3...  I would like to see Gore Jr and what he can do... Buffalo Joe of course, and Shavers if he is still up looked really intriguing to me with that speed..
