Simon Posted January 1 Posted January 1 Drake Maye is going to play along with the rest of their starters and Mayo "sounds" like he's playing to win. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/43249657/drake-maye-start-patriots-season-finale-vs-bills 1 1 1 1 Quote

HOUSE Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I am hoping for some Mike White. Not a huge fan but he does have some big games from time to time. IMO, he is a borderline starter in this league. 4 1 1 Quote

A Pats win ensures they don't get the first pick in the draft and they hopefully stick with Mayo has head coach. I'd hate for them to do something smart and hire Ben Johnson or Joe Brady. 2 Quote

EmotionallyUnstable Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I am curious to see how they will manage the load of snaps for some of the rotational guys. I keep seeing/hearing fans say “rest all the starters” and that is just not practical. Someone has to take the snaps; and with less than 50 activea players, some of the key pieces are going to need to be involved. Quote

The question is, how many and which starters will be on the inactive list? ALL of the depth players have to be active. Once the coaches determine that, they can look at the remaining players and decide who best to elevate from the PS. Quote
Sojourner Posted January 1 Posted January 1 If he wasn’t playing to win or try and get another assessment of his best players he shouldn’t be a head coach. That whole team should be doing their best to try and beat the best the division, conference and league has to offer. I know we did during Tommy and Billy’s days. Even if we weren’t successful lol To our guys. Hopefully starters on both sides of the field play a solid amount of drives. If not the whole first half. Unlikely, but you never know. Quote

PromoTheRobot Posted January 1 Posted January 1 (edited) I was going to go but I'll just watch on TV. Resale tickets are dirt cheap if you want to make the trip. If you do go and want to park for free AND get a $50 Visa gift card, register to park in lots 45 or 55B. The catch is you can't leave for 75 minutes after the game. But the Patriots set up a free waiting room with snacks in their Cross Insurance center. It's a great deal if you can wait to leave. Steptide Posted January 1 Posted January 1 Gonna be very similar to bills/Jets at the end of the 2019 season. Quote
Since1981 Posted January 1 Posted January 1 What kind of pre season cluster will this be? One team intentionally fumbles and the other team afraid to jump on it!? 1 1 Quote

Bigvinny Posted January 1 Posted January 1 (edited) Just a heads up they have Sunday ticket with red zone for 5 bucks. Not necessarily for the bills game but there's some other big games Sunday. I'm getting Carolina/Atlanta at 1pm. Edited January 1 by Bigvinny 1 Quote
eball Posted January 1 Posted January 1 Bills should treat this like a preseason game after giving Josh his start and one series. 2 Quote
Ray Stonada Posted January 1 Posted January 1 One drive for Josh and the starters, just to keep their hands in, ending in a play action TD to Anderson 1 1 Quote
