Given they will rest some key starters, and they can only bring two up from the PS, who do you think they will bring up this last week?

The two positions I think they need more than others:

1.  QB: bring White up to backup Trubisky, as I don't think you want JA going back in if Trubisky got hurt.

2. WR: with only 5 on the 53, this is a strong possibility too, as you don't want Cooper and Shakir risking injury.  Hamler maybe?

That said, the person I'd like to see them bring up is Cine, as I'd like to see what he can do.

IDK TPS, with Josh active to start the game so activate a 3rd seems excessive.  If for some reason Trubisky gets hurt in the game, they’ll just put Josh back in to finish.  The coaching staff is going to call a conservative game with lots of handoffs so the liklihood of a Trubisky getting an injury is a small one.

We have other players we need resting and Imlike you’re second point is sitting Cooper and Shakir.

Thanks. I've thought about this possibility too, and as I started thinking a bit more about the question, I thought it would be an interesting one to post for others' thoughts.

It most likely comes down to who the key starters (and those who need the extra rest recovering from injuries) they will sit, and if they have enough depth to get through this game behind those they sit.

No, it’s not.  Again,  it’s not that hard.

The post you quoted had two separate topics that the aggregator put in one post but you can see what was being responded to by looking at what was quoted for each topic.

Frank Gore Jr. for sure as he'll log all the carries he can handle from the 2nd quarter onward.

Probably a defensive secondary or offensive line option so those guys can be rested.

No reason to bring up Mike White. If Trubisky is hurt, just have the emergency QB take snaps and hand off or kneel. Winning the game is not important.

Bud, I think Sal made a good point in that if we elevate an O Lineman, we get to 10 so 2 squads.  The reasoning is with Allen getting the starters and Trubisky getting th 2nd stringers, if Allen has to go back in we get the starters.  I thought logical.

Well see what happens.

Why did you see Clapp as predictable?  I was thinking Gouraige.

Because we want to sit our entire starting Offensive Line. On the active roster, we have both Offensive Tackles covered in Ryan Van Demark and Tylan Grable and two/thirds of the Interior in Sedrick Van Pran-Granger and Alec Anderson. So elevating an OT wouldn't have made sense. It would have either been Will Clapp or Mike Edwards.

They have Van Demark and Grable at OT, so they needed another G as they only have Anderson.

Clapp was predictable, but I did not expect Toohill.

Where are you finding practice squad elevations? I've checked the Bills app and website, ESPN, NFL.com, and did a google search and not finding it. The last two weeks I couldn't find them either.

Check the main game thread, it’s posted.
