Oh I think they do. The last time they tied it under Daboll in 2021 they tried a pass in the endzone to Taiwan Jones. You don't do that if you are not record chasing. Was about the first thing Josh mentioned in his presser after Sunday. I all but guarantee they will give a red zone target to someone who hasn't scored a TD this year on Sunday.

Can we add Zach Davidson to this poll? I think that he gets elevated this week and sees some targets. He almost had one the other time he was elevated.

Yea he is definitely a possible. I have got the possible elevations down to WR, TE, S. Two from those three.

This thread is yet another example of how far this team has come in the Allen era. Here we are discussing rich team problems of setting such records. While not too long ago we would debate how to play spoilers or root for a loss to improve draft position. 

These are good times.

 

I vote for a tackle eligible TD.

Thank you!  Yes they are out of elevations as is Jalen Virgil.  Sal said that if a player is re-signed to the PS it does not reset their elevations.  
 

It will be interesting to see who is elevated, because you’d think they want to rest a few WR‘S but not sure they want to waste an elevation on KJ Hamler

A lot of people are thinking Gore and it makes sense to present the health of the 3 very good RB’s.   If they don’t active Mike White, I can see that happening.

 

i don’t think Hardy gets activated because they have no plans to play him in the preseason.  
 

I think it makes more sense to active Cine, Clapp, or Gourage

I probably should have added "A defensive player" like they did with Kyle Williams. 😆

 

Who could you see them putting in from the defense for some sort of gadget play?  How about Codrington wouldn't be much of a stretch because he is also on special teams.

I'm not sure who "they" are but both McDermott and Josh have spoken about attaining goals and I'm not sure that team goals take a back seat to individual goals either.

It's really the best way of predicting who they're going to elevate.

 

In addition to reducing the snaps for the WRs, I believe Hamler could also be used as a return man to reduce the snaps/exposure for Brandon Codrington and Ty Johnson.

Sierra, the they is the team, and coaches.  Did you see how Barkley is not playing this week, even though he could break Dickerson’s record?  IDK what they are thinking,but an educated guess.
