I still remember watching that Ravens Bengals game, it seemed like the game was over as seemed very improbable with it being 4th and 12 but then Boyd caught it and then split the defenders and was in the endzone.

Recall the Ravens got the ball back and came up just short on a fourth down play...I saw one of the refs pointing the other way, indicating it was Cincy ball...it was at THAT moment that I really celebrated the drought being slayed.

This was cool, thanks for sharing OP.

On a side note, did any of you notice how $hitty our old locker room was?  It had low ceilings (looks like a drop ceiling with fluorescent panel lights, a small TV, bad lighting, etc?  Seems like it's one long room with no breathing space, jammed packed with lockers not much nicer than a public country club.

At the very least we have a better locker room now!

4 - Lindell, 5 - Moorman, 6 - Lee Evans (Wanted to say Stevie), 7 - Fitzmagic (backup)

You guys are forgetting about Mario Williams, Sam Adams, and Pat Williams!

If I could put one drought-era Bill on this team it would be KW.

Interesting! Kyle would be a great addition. No doubt. But if I get to choose any drought era Bill to put on this team, I’m choosing Mario Williams. Need a legit pass rusher on this team for years.  Next choice would be Eric Moulds. Then probably Kyle. Him or Schobel maybe. But top 5 for sure.

Edit: Lee Evans might be in there somewhere for me too. We saw his speed with JP. Imagine that with Josh. 🤯

You don't get that moment without the drought. In life, and often in sport, you gotta go through the bad times to appreciate the good.

But, but, shouldn’t we fire McD (insert sarcasm).  In all seriousness, that was such a special moment watching Kyle in that locker room.

Peaks and valleys GB, peaks and valleys, but couldn’t agree more.

That game was in Miami. It was the Miami visiting teams locker room

Great day. Crushing Miami, Kyle gets a TD... and then Dalton does his thing.

I'll never forget buying the Jax playoff tickets at halftime of our Miami game. I just knew it was going to happen. The rebirth of Bill-ieving!

Technically Moulds wouldn't count.  He was on some playoff Bills teams

Yeah, he was on playoff teams earlier in his career, but most of his time in the league was wasted during the drought. On the team that started the drought and spent 8 years in the league thereafter (granted, a couple toward the end weren’t with the Bills).

It was crazy but kudos to McDermott as remember thinking that he was kind of amateurish when had the guys wearing Playoff Caliber t-shirts in the preseason.

Yep!  Especially that "drives" sequence.  I cant remember if they got a first down before this or what, maybe I dont remember because the broadcast at the bar flipped right in time for final 4 plays..... but i remember 1st, 2nd and 3rd down just being a bumbling mess... either sack or TFL or a penalty in there, and my vibes were there is NO WAY theyre getting the first.

funny looking back at how long that TD ACTUALLY was, as opposed to the vibe of it.  In my head it always felt like a 60yard TD.  I dunno if time slowed down and felt like he was running forever, or if it felt as probable of a play as a 60-70yd TD felt LOL but it was a much shorter TD than the way I pictured it being.

Unreal moment!  Watched this at a Bills Backer Bar in Nashville on mini vacation (my first BB experience), and that made it all that much cooler!!  I remember it seeming like every other fan going through the same emotional roller coasting ride..... pure excitement on the run and catch, TD - whoaaaa that actually happened..... short Delay----- and then, a ton of happy tears and hugs.  Just a mental slideshow of how bad it had been, and realizing it was finally over....... best part is at that moment, we had no clue that Josh was coming down the pipeline.  Obv he didnt have that connection to us at the time, but itd be really cool to see his reaction to watching these videos.  I bet he'd retroactively feel that moment with us, and knowing what that looks like is probably a driving force behind wanting to win us a SB

I totally forgot about the actual Ravens-Bengals game outside of the Dalton TD.  CIN was up by 2 scores but Baltimore stormed back to take the lead.

Also I recall Buffalo being in control in Miami but good old David Fales stormed back and had a chance to win the game on the final drive.

The final drive for CIN was pretty much a cluster.  Dalton threw and INT which got called back and the big play to Boyd was a 4th and long.

The final TD was so awesome that we forget all of the context around the game.   So the win may have been a little flukey but so were a lot of NE/KC games and no one is taking away their championships!

This ***** still brings a tear to my eye. Especially for Williams one of my all time favorite Bills players.

Underrated aspect of this video - look at McD’s reaction here. He’s emotional and it means a lot to him. Say what you will about his previous playoff shortcomings, but he really is a solid dude. I’m no McD apologist, but I’d love for him to be able to figure it out and finally bring one home for us. Selfishly, for us fans and the team, but because the guy works his ass off for it.

Unless you’re a football fan who’s in their late 20’s. Grew up a Pats fan, followed Tom to the Bucs and now has transitioned to a Chiefs fan lol

Sad thing is, I know 2 people like that. No surprise their father is the same.

I live in New England....my wife does not get NFL seedings, who makes the playoffs and how....that morning, I was telling her the Bills could make the playoffs.  The Bills win but Cinci went from up like 24-3 to down and seemingly helpless so they cut to the Cinci game.  Watching it in my living room, kids are too young to know much of anything.   I am pretty down and quiet because I felt like the inevitable was going to happen.  She asked me did they make the playoffs?  I answered with no probably not or something.....that play happens, I explode just like that room, she is looking at me with the most confused look on her face and I know what she is thinking....she is like the Bills are not on the TV, it was so weird trying to explain...anyway great memory.

This defense needs leadership.  KW is that guy.

No one is dropping 40 on this D led by Kyle.

This season it was a weird quirk where Bills-Ravens results got 1 WC spot and the Chargers-Titans results got the other WC spot
