We still haven’t eclipsed that one. Maybe the Baltimore win to go to the AFC championship game. Seeing Kyle and the team react that way was special.

Winning the division would probably be the closest.

Agreed

1st step - making the playoffs  (Jax,  Houston)

2nd step - winning the division and getting a home playoff game. (Colts)

3rd step -  Winning a wild card game  (Colts)

4th step -  getting past the Divisional round (Baltimore)

5th step -  Winning the AFCC

6th step -  Winning the Lombardi

Hopefully, we can accomplish 5th and 6th in 2024-25

Go Bills !!!

It was eclipsed when Allen threw the TD to Davis with 13 seconds left around 3 years ago. But that moment was fleeting.

That was our best shot at winning the whole thing.

One of the happiest days of my life. Here is an excellent long form video by Secret Base which is a great sports YouTube channel. It dives into how the Ravens and Bengals got to that moment, the long shot odds of the 4th and 12 play happening and at about 13 minutes in the aftermath that ensued for the Bills, fans, and charities.

If I could put one drought-era Bill on this team it would be KW.

If 2- Fred Jackson.  If 3- Lorenzo Alexander

You don't get that moment without the drought. In life, and often in sport, you gotta go through the bad times to appreciate the good.

When Josh and the Bills win the Super Bowl, it will be the sweetest tasting victory in the sports world!

I'm surprised Kyle Williams hasn't been brought back as legend of the game yet.  Or maybe misremembering.

He could be saved for special games like hosting AFC championship game

on another note….

I can’t post the cardiac probability chart of making the playoffs

The potential for personality chaos aside, I’m really curious how Josh would combine with Stevie Johnson.  An off script QB with an off script WR.

So true.  When we get that Lombardi, I wouldn’t trade it for all the Pats* SuperBowls.  All the heartbreak of my 30+ years of fandom won’t matter at all any more and the victory will be that much more sweet because of it.

4 - Lindell, 5 - Moorman, 6 - Lee Evans (Wanted to say Stevie), 7 - Fitzmagic (backup)

I still remember watching that Ravens Bengals game, it seemed like the game was over as seemed very improbable with it being 4th and 12 but then Boyd caught it and then split the defenders and was in the endzone. It was crazy but kudos to McDermott as remember thinking that he was kind of amateurish when had the guys wearing Playoff Caliber t-shirts in the preseason.

Looking bad it was only a playoff appearance but man, it felt like they won the Super Bowl.  It shows both how bad things were and how much better they’ve become.  I don’t think we’re done yet!
