Agreed.  The Bengals’ defense is not nearly as bad as it’s made out to be.  People said the same thing about the Ravens’ D…

Outside of Hendrickson, their defense is a dumpster fire

Yeah.. same. That's why part of me thinks they're indifferent to even making the playoffs. I'm not sure what their plan is. They may be on the verge of blowing everything up.

I don't think Tua is going anywhere.  He is their Franchise QB.   The hatred for Tua and Lamar in this board is quite unbelievable.   Go Bills !!!

Too much PTSD from the 2023 Divisional game coming out in fans.

No.  I like Tua and fully support him playing as a Dolphin as long as he possibly can.  I like Lamar too.  Especially when his opponent shuts down their running game.

Question.  Given that tie-breakers are really sketchy I have to ask.  Is Pitt locked into the 5th seed?  Are the Chargers locked into the 6th?  And then Denver/Miami/Cincy locked into the 7th?  Or can the Wild Card seeding still shift?  Honest question, as with a loss the Steelers and Chargers would both have identical records and conference records, and I'm not sure about some head-to-heads, as in if they happened and who won.

Thanks in advance!

Pittsburgh would be the 6th seed if chargers win today.   If Chargers lose, Pittsburgh moves back to 5. And, yes, 7th seed can only be Cinci/Denver/ or Miami

Didn’t look like one last night, or during the last five games in a row that they’ve won.

I don't think miami cares if they win.  What's their prize for making the playoffs ? A first round matchup in 10 degree orchard park NY. The team they can't beat in weather they can't win in

... the media narrative all off season would be even worse for the dolphins with another 1st rd exit.

Interesting….I never thought that a team would prefer to just lose….that’s probably what they’ll shout in the tunnel running on to the field ….”Just lose because….the media”

I think it’s entirely possible that Miami doesn’t care…it’s also entirely possible that McDaniel is fired if they lose and don’t make it.

Where do people come up with these? A team of 100 professional players and staff who spend the entire lives and about one thing doesn’t care if they make the playoffs🤪

Ross Tucker wrote a story about this, using as an example one of the Bills teams he played on.  He said there were multiple players who had no interest in playing another game after the end of the regular season.  I suspect that’s even more true now, when the playoff checks are pretty inconsequential for a lot of guys.  Fans are obsessed with their team making the post season, but players sometimes don’t feel the same way.

If the Chargers win today, they are the 5th seed and Pitt is 6th seed.  Denver/Miami/Cincy are locked into the 7th seed.  Broncos win and they're in.  If they lose and Miami wins, Miami is in.  If they both lose, the Bengals are in.

LOL Their last 5 opponents!🤣🤣🤣🤣

Dallas

They needed lucky breaks in 3 of these games to win.
