Bills!Win! Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 When do we find out which time slot and day the bills will be hosting the wildcard game? I can make it if it’s Saturday or Monday but not Sunday. I hope they give us more than a week’s notice. There’s a lot to plan logistically for out of town fans like myself Does anyone know from previous seasons when they usually announce? I hope it’s not after the SNF game for the nfc north Quote
Ya Digg? Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 They wait until they see what the matchups are. A Bills/Bengals matchup will get a prime time spot while a Bills/Broncos matchup probably gets Sunday 1pm treatment 1 Quote
BuffaloBill Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 I have the same issue. Hard to make flight arrangements when the game time is unknown. Quote
GolfandBills Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 I can’t remember if they start announcing some before the Sunday night game or if they wait until that game is over. Quote

JMM Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 It's late in the SNF game, like the beginning of the 4th quarter 2 Quote
Just Jack Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I can almost guarantee it will be Saturday, since I won't be able to make it if that happens. 1 1 Quote
Goin Breakdown Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Do we have an idea of the day Buffalo will play? I'm not talking about who, just the day. Thanks Quote
Goin Breakdown Posted January 4 Posted January 4 My bad I got on and didn't even think anyone would have been asking the same question. Things why I don't start threads. Quote

Thanks we’ll find out tomorrow evening, likely during the 4th quarter of the SNF game. It’ll be either Saturday 1/11 or Sunday 1/12. Quote

NeverOutNick Posted January 5 Posted January 5 (edited) AFC will have both Saturday matchups and early sunday NFC will have later Sunday games and Monday that’s why 2-3 AFC playoff teams are playing now today and Sunday night game is 2 of the NFC playoff teams. My guess is: Ravens and Bills games will be Saturday (sexier matchup will be the night game) AFC 4vs5 will be Sunday 1pm Edited January 5 by NeverOutNick 2 Quote
Boatdrinks Posted January 5 Posted January 5 They will announce most of them before Sunday night game for sure. Quote
NeverOutNick Posted January 5 Posted January 5 The reason they load up AFC early and NFC late (or vice versa) is that so on divisional week they give the AFC the Saturday games and NFC the Sunday (or vice versa). Try to keep it fair with the timeframes Quote

Bengals will get a primetime showing. Any of the 8pm games Dolphins could fall anywhere. I’d be a little surprised at an 8pm for that matching up. But either 4pm (Saturday/Sunday) or 1pm Sunday is where I’d put my money. I definitely wouldn’t put my mortgage on Buffalo getting a Saturday game (regardless of opponent). 2 Quote
