Rivera would be good as head of football operations or something like that. Not a gm just overseeing and making sure the owner stays far away. 
 

the jets should just keep the guy they have as coach.  Hire a new gm. Accept being the worst team in the league and go for Archie manning next year. Unless they trade away gardner and wilson and load up to be able to trade up like we did. But this is the jets.
