ExiledInIllinois Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 Josh only has one more team to beat: Philadelphia Then he's in the "defeated every other team club." 1 Quote
stlbills13 Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 Philly at the super bowl champion Buffalo Bills on TNF to open the season? 1 Quote
Breakout Squad Posted January 1 Posted January 1 Would be cool to see the Bills play the Steelers in Ireland next year. It’s their home game. I’d imagine there’s Bills fans in Ireland 🇮🇪 1 Quote

machine gun kelly Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I always try to look at the bright side, so based on the schedule and how teams performed this year, most of the contending tough teams will be at home barring an international game. Quote

The NFL does not like inter-conference (or intra-division) games for the Kickoff but it has happened in the past recently, once in 2022 because no other suitable teams were available (BUF-LAR) and once in 2023 because they wanted to save the two other good matchups of BUF-KC and CIN-KC for other times in the season (DET-KC). Also, there technically is no TNF for Week 1 (or Week 18); that went to Amazon last time it was awarded. The Thursday Kickoff is part of the SNF package awarded to NBC (as is Thanksgiving night). So it's Thursday night football on SNF. Edited January 1 by chongli Quote

Sojourner Posted January 26 Posted January 26 So my wife’s friend is visiting from Pittsburgh and her husband works within UPMC and knows some guys who have relationships with the Steelers organization. I asked her if we were able to stay at theirs if we make the trip and she said Dave, her husband, mentioned something that the Bills game is in serious consideration to be played in Ireland in the international series instead of Pittsburgh… Take that for what it’s worth. If that's the case, I hope it's Oct 26th. I'll already be there for something else. 1 Quote
Just Jack Posted January 27 Posted January 27 So the Bills get the Super Bowl champs in Orchard Park next year, whichever one that will be. Quote
