OJ's 2000 is the true unbelievable RB record - 14 games and back in the day when defenses were built to stop the run, and every opposing defense was keyed on stopping him. (BTW I was at the second to last game that season OJ ran for over 200 in a snowstorm which set it up to be possible to get the record and even 2000 the next week)

Sorry but Saquon can get off my lawn with this record in 17 games - doesn't impress me at all

Perfectly said, that feat in 14 games against stacked boxes all the way. Peterson comes close in terms of accomplishments vs. looks. He saw 7 and 8 man boxes more often than not.

Shame that his off the field actions tainted how great and superb a player he really was for most people.

Saquon, I am impressed with as getting to that benchmark in any way shape or

form is a serious accomplishment but with the extra game from those guys who did it in 16 says something. Credit to that Philly line too. It’s absurd that some people plaster it to Saquon mostly but forget that line has had Hurts with 600 rushing yards for 3 straight seasons and given 2 guys who are split carry backs at best 1k in Miles Sanders and DeAndre Swift.

Saquons talent easily doubles that of those guys. On a team without an elite OLine Saquon is easily a 1000-1300 yard back.

The Vikings should keep Darnold next year

Agree with that. He has clicked with O'Connell. JJ McCarthy is not someone I would be pushing my chips in on

The Dolphins absolutely blow. Self inflicted wounds over and over

The Browns got an INT but it was rightly overturned due to DPI.

The Packers just went for it on 4th and 2 and turned the ball over. Think they should have gone for the FG to make it 7-6 Vikings.

Two key defenders out for the Browns - missed who they said.

There was an abysmal offside call on the Packers just before the half, as the Vikings missed a FG. Offside on very little. Sometimes it feels like the refs want to be centre of attention.

Edit: TD Dolphins - nice run from Huntley.

Why are you rooting for Miami

As others have said: eliminating the possibility of playing the Bengals is a win but also let them slide down a little for the draft.

What happens if Miami the Broncos and Cincy are all 9-8?

Denver or Miami?

Broncos win they are in

Dolphins win and Broncos lose they are in

Bengals are in if they win and Dolphins and Broncos lose
