OR they could just be going with a rotation including the guys that have been here and in the offense all offseason. 
 

I don’t love the Cooper usage either, but we have no evidence to believe McD has it out for Cooper.

You don’t have to throw deep to get 21 yards.  Throw it 10-12 and give them a chance to run.  Throwing 4-5 - meh.
