This is exactly correct.  This defense is built to beat a Pacheco-less Chiefs team, but otherwise they will be run over and killed by any team with a competent RB.

I had to wait just to make sure there was no flag after that 4th down stop. You could clearly see the Bills defense looking around to check for the same thing.
